Have you seen her? 25-year-old woman goes missing

A full week after her 25-year-old daughter, Savannah Purdy, vanished, a small search party puts up flyers near the Las Vegas Strip, hoping for any lead that brings Savannah home.

Kruger says Savannah lives in Northern California and had been visiting Las Vegas for a few weeks.

Her last contact with her daughter was on January 12.

Savannah’s boyfriend tells the family he was with her one day later at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino.

The two fought, he says, and Savannah walked away.

She hasn’t been heard from since.

“He [the boyfriend] gave me back her cellphone and told me he got it from his car, that she left it in his car. And she never leaves her cellphone behind,” says Kruger.

As for a wallet or ID?

“It’s all connected to the cellphone,” she adds.

Not a lot of info for this poor young woman. I would think there are CCTV at the Casino she and her BF were at. Sadly, this needs more traction. She has a 1yr old.

As for Savannah, she’s a mom herself, to a 1-year-old daughter named Oaklynn. Her last contact with her daughter was on January 12.

“Savannah, if you see this, call me. Come home,” says Kruger. “Call your grandparents, somebody. We love you and we're willing to help whatever the issue is. We got to know."

Have there been any updates on this case? I've seen nothing new in MSM lately.

Unfortunately yet another case where a young couple goes to LV and the woman disappears...

We would hope/expect LE to be taking a very close look at her boyfriend's activities and background. I've seen no indications so far that he's directly involved in her disappearance, but a good place to start IMO.

I agree, it's the most logical place to start, with the person she was last with. It would be incredibly negligent if they didn't.
I don't have a good feeling when someone reportedly walks away, choosing to leave their phone behind and isn't heard from again.
I'm not pointing the finger at anyone in particular, though I do feel the story is hard to believe, yet still plausible I suppose. Savannah could have come across a stranger with bad intentions. There's a few possibilities, but I'd start from the very centre and work hard on that before expanding out.

Edited about CCTV - I really hope LE have requested CCTV. I imagine the boyfriend has told them where the argument took place and where Savannah walked away - surely they can check CCTV from wherever that was to at least confirm that detail. For example if it was in their hotel room, Savannah would be seen in the lobby at least? If she left the hotel. Or out at a bar, in the casino, on the street, etc.
I'd then track her on CCTV cameras and check if she's seen with a phone at any point

IMO I would have to believe that in any LV casino, hotel, or tourist area there are security cameras everywhere, inside and out. Seems that nearly any activity in the LV strip area would be captured on video.

Given this statement it would be the logical place for LE to start looking, and they likely have already done so. I agree with OrangeCash, the BF was apparently the last person known to be with Savannah so start there.

AFAIK there has been nothing officially released about this fight referenced above. Was it some kind of yelling match or was it physical? We have no details at this time and we shouldn't attempt to speculate.

This is so similar to Tanya Skar, who went missing the day before Savannah did. Both ladies were on a trip to Las Vegas with their boyfriends.

I've found the BF's name but not in MSM so I won't post it here. Family and friends seem to have their personal thoughts on where to start questioning.
I don't know if it's because I'm in the UK but I can barely find any MSM coverage of this case online

I don't think this means Savannah's last contact with her daughter was January 12th, I think it means Savannah's mum's last contact with Savannah was January 12th. I think contact with the 1 year old was probably longer ago than that

Agreed. These cases have a number of common elements.

So far I've seen no MSM or LE posts to tie the cases together directly but it's very odd that two young women would both go missing from the LV strip area on consecutive days. There's been no mention so far in MSM about either of these women being seen on security video when they went missing. In both cases they were reportedly last known to be with their boyfriends, and AFAIK neither of them has been mentioned in MSM as actively assisting in the searches for Purdy or Skar.

Agreed. I certainly hope LE is taking a VERY close look at Purdy's BF.

I've seen no MSM or LE reports that Purdy's BF is actively assisting with the search. In fact, I haven't seen any references about him assisting with this case at all after he gave Purdy's cell phone to her mother.

I did a quick search earlier today but found nothing new in MSM about Savannah's disappearance. Nearly every Google search returned MSM links for Savannah Spurlock instead of Savannah Purdy.
