Yes, I did read that-thank you. But was he interviewed by the police? And was it all verifiedI see he answered Naegle's questions, but, I already knew that.

It's the same room, two different directions (notice that the fireplace only appears in one of those images). I don't see SK or GW in image 1.

Steven was last seen in Nevada at noon PST.
GW had already arrived in St George, over an hour before Steven is last seen.

GW can't be in two places at once.

In pic 1 is that Steven in blue shirt(back towards us) and GW to the right of him in grey shirt.?

Notice that Webb's hair is short in back, neatly trimmed and straight.

The guy in #1 with the grey shirt, has curly hair...and is thinner than GW.
He's also taller than the man in the blue shirt.

In the pictures we see of SK and GW together, they look about the same height.

I go back and forth with GW. He has connections to Vegas, he was one of the last to talk to Steven. He was so positive he was by the racetrack on I15 when he talked to him. I know he has an alibi but he could be indirectly involved. I have not completely cleared him. Something to me still does not add up. moo

He's a guy. You know how guys talk. They just grunt and say stuff like "whatever you have to do".
NOW, if it was a woman who'd called Steven, we'd be nosy and ask "WTF you doing there?" then we'd say "Get your butt back to church."

The time of the phone call, his location, not being at the church at 11:15 BUT being there at noon: they all line up, with just enough time to get cleaned up and church-ready. If he's fudged anything, there's so many witnesses, it's not going to hold up.

There must have been two parties at Christmas time. If you look at the pics on the timeline of Dec 7, the pics of Steven and GW, they are wearing different clothes. So maybe there was church dinner and then a personal dinner at PD's house too. ????

i dont see the discrepancies if im looking at the same pics - pic one is the opposite side of the room from pic 11. tablecloths and decor all match and pic 10 shows sk and gw wearing the same sweaters as in pic 11 where they are sitting beside each other no?

A few thoughts...

Steven is not EQ President, so those meetings are not his responsibility. AND maybe he didn't cancel Home Teaching because he planned to be there. In reality he may not have shirked anything.

I still don't understand to this day how the men in the PEC mtg came to find out that GW was not going to be there. If GW himself told them, why didn't he tell them Steven would not be there either since he knew that from talking to Steven earlier in the AM. This STILL makes no sense. I think there is more to the AM call...which would make it the "familiar call" we've been looking for.

yes - hmmm both guys with church duties the next day and cutting it close getting back for gw and the coincidence of both being in vegas and each one "not knowing" that they were both there? and obviously involved in nocturnal activities - "once is luck, twice is happenstance, three times its WAR"

Since we're kind of in limbo here right now, it might be a good time for each of us to go back and read through Steven's previous threads and look again at the timeline so we don't wind up rehashing everything. A lot of questions have already been addressed/answered. They can all be found on the timeline. And I can't think of a single theory that hasn't been tossed around - but I'm sure there is at least one 'cause here we still are! :crazy:

We need to find a way to move forward!

so lets start on whyhe would leave a good job in SLC with fedex to go to st george.
reason given by his fedex coworker was that he didnt like working nights. a single guy with good job and benefits and no wife or kids quit because he didnt like working nights?
and he could have easily put in a transfer with the company to go anywhere in the US or even overseas after acquiring enough experience and seniority if positions were available.
and quiting during the height of the economic crisis? i meet a lot of drivers for fedex out of SLC and im going to ask them if they remember SK and why he quit.

I agree now that's not GW--the hair is off, but that sure does look like Steven to me. The hair, the build, and even the fingers on his hand. But.......... Maybe this is the guy we saw in the video?

I'll check to see if there are more pics of "this guy".

Maybe GW didn't call in.
Maybe he just called Steven "Hey I'm in a jam I need you to"...and then when he found out Steven couldn't, he figured he just try.

Maybe PD was so irritated that GW was late (without letting them know), that SA was afraid to mention that he'd already talked to Steven -- so he made the call anyway?

I dunno. It's a men-ocracy there.

Fed-Ex was the summer of 2005. The Salt Lake Tribune job Mar 2007 - Jul 2008 was another when he was working nights and didn't like the "worldly" people.

Fed-EX is a big company, I'm not sure anyone would remember him from almost 5 years ago. If he didn't like worldly people he darn sure isn't going to like van/truck drivers.

They need to have cadaver dogs go thru the search area. They should have done that Saturday---since they were looking for "remains".
