Yay, SWJAXON-glad to hear you are taking this up....welcome to obsession although I am sure you know all about it.

Can we help? What is a productive line of thought that might uncover him??

Of all the little anomalous things about this case, the one that continues to bother me the most is that JRZ went on the lam at the same time.

It's almost like they both said, "Hey, we gotta get out of this place."

I know what you mean.

The hiring methods were normal for federal law enforcement: an application process weeding people out. Those that made it past had to pass physical fitness. From there, they did normal interviews and then slammed those who passed with extensive background investigations/polygraphs. There's more to it, but that's the basics.

I also think it was Steve who checked his VM.

I do too. Then what happened,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,?

swjaxon....I guess I would like to know....should the search be in the desert

In my opinion, from what I've seen, he is no longer with us.

I believe he left the area of SCA either under his own will or forced and was alive and able to check his VM early the next day. But I do not believe he made it out of the general Las Vegas area.

Why he went to the SCA neighborhood and left his car there is a mystery.

Let me just expound on this for a moment:

Many of you know I've seen the cell phone pings. I'm not going to share the details of the pings on a public message board. If you'd like to email me, I'll be happy to tell you the reason I'm withholding and what the pings show.

That said, from what I've seen in the pings, his cell phone didn't leave Las Vegas and, frankly, is probably still here somewhere.

My email address is [email protected] or you can call 702-650-1925.

Thank you for your honesty.

With all of the missing persons that LE has to deal with each year, do you
think this case will be solved?

That was a good one Ruby (big smile & a wee chuckle)!

So...he checked his VM in the morning & there was the call he'd been waiting for, the one that would whisk him away from loneliness and debt. The morning after he didn't return to his car.

So...he checked his VM & the call he'd been expecting wasn't there. He threw in the towel and walked off into the desert, after spending all night away from his car.

Under any circumstances why does he leave his car? Now he has no clothes. I just don't see any explanation for his disappearing except murder or suicide. That is, unless he has his disappearance all taken care of. You must have $$$ to disappear.

Let's say he did run away. He must know there's a big search for him - and what does he do? He stays silent. Not one word - he's cut everyone out of his life.

Which scenario fits? (maybe he was in the throes of a breakdown)

Yes... Eventually. The vast majority of our 7,000 missing people per month turn up after a few hours/days. Steve is one of the exceptions. The key, in my opinion, is determining why he was in LV in the first place.

thanks for being so open.

Geez, you guys. If you call him he'll know exactly where you live, who you are and if you paid your taxes!

2-way street. I use swjaxon for everything, so you can quite easily find out where I live and if I've paid my taxes. ;)

We know he called voicemail and I believe it was Steven that called it. So whatever went wrong happened after that. So where did he spend the night? What went wrong after him being there all night?

Yeah, but I'm not a journaist! And maybe you're the... Beside, Mercury is still in my 7th house, the house of relationships and open enemies. You never know...LOL Pays to know your birth time.

By the way, can you sneak a peek at Steven's birth certificate for the time? We've done extensive readings for the disappear time on the Forensic Atrology forum, Case Briefings. If we only had his birth time.

What do the charts say? Suicide, Foul play, or New life?

It doesn't take money to disappear. Flat broke people skip out one step ahead of the bill collectors all the time.
