Okay, this is off topic, please excuse the diversion, but does anyone else find SassyBenton's photo (is that an avatar???) hilarious? I laugh everytime I see it. Who thinks these things up???
I was thinking along the same lines, maybe he was working as a process server?
Thank you swjaxon.
I have to say, once again, I believe Steven's errand in SCA that day began in St. George.
If it started in St. george, think it was someone he knew pretty well?

Yes!!!!!!! This board has always seemed pretty conservative in discussing non POIs. Other board I read here on WS seem to be more lax. My suspicions have always fallen on a "friend". Still trying to decide if that friend just knows more than he's sharing or if he somehow set him up. If I use my imagination I can come up with scenarios where there could be motive.

Curious about what the motives could be? Without naming names -

That is my opinion. But if LE doesn't dig a little deeper, we will never know. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency in solving Steven's case.
I had thought maybe they both were gay...and they were keeping each other's secret. And/or maybe working some kind of "escort" service? Of course, I have no idea...but just puttin' that out there.
Agreed. It seems to me that after 18 months of missing without a trace, it might be time to pull cell phone records of people who called Steve in the days leading up to his disappearance. I would be willing to bet there is a 702 area code in there somewhere...
If it turns out that Steven was the victim of a crime, there are a lot of officials who stand to look very foolish when it's finally revealed. Especially if there are other victims.
I could spend hours talking about this, but I live in Henderson and will keep my opinions to myself...

I still have questions about the LL and what SK was doing or planning to do to come up with the back rent. Was he doing something (pick ups, deliveries) for the LL? Was the number of calls from the LL to SK unreasonable? Was he asking about the back rent or giving further directions?

Last night I watched the documentary Sons of Perdition, a film about exiled members (mainly teen boys) of the FLDS in Colorado City. One thing that struck me about the documentary is that it stated that most exiles end up in St. George, UT. My mind immediately went to Steven.
There have been (it seems like) hundreds of theories about what Steven could have been doing on his long drives and in Henderson. Let me throw this one in - could he have been trying to help someone hide?
