By the looks of Google Earth, not one person is parked on the street. Looking at the bing map view, they were possibly because of construction at the time. It almost looks like a small parking area in the cul de sac where he drove too. At the end of the street he is seen walking down, there appears to be a walking path between houses leading to the golf course? Then a path from there, but you do see that huge body of water. When I used to walk up there when I lived in Seven Hills (Anthem's next door neighbor), you could get lost for hours walking all the paths they had made...they lead you everywhere. Just to point that out.

You are assuming he was visiting a house. I've always seen this as simply Steven parking his car in the cul-de-sac then walking to Evening Lights to get into a waiting car.

For all we know Steven was sitting in his car until the pick up vehicle came into his sight. So even if he had never been there before, he could see the precise vehicle that was picking him up so he did not have to look at houses or addresses.

The only other vehicle that I saw on the video was the white SUV and he did emerge from his vehicle about the time he would have seen it, but that has been ruled out as the real estate agent for the house across the street, and I don't think, from viewing the map, that he could have seen a vehicle coming down EL. **Just a thought but maybe he was going to see about house sitting for someone in the area?

I agree some of the cars may be from construction up farther on the road
but I also think some of them are just parked cars.
Also…. lets say he was meeting someone who didn’t live there and
was going to get in their car and drive a way…. why would he have to
walk to the other car?
that makes no sense… IMO.
Why would the other car not just pull up beside him?
That is the reason I think we need to look at the neighbors…
he went down that street for a reason… IMO it’s because
whoever he met/went to see…lived on that street!

Continuing on with this one possible scenario......somethings that need checking out are:

Parking policy of the community re days a car can be parked before it can be reported. If Steven was told to park there by a resident of the community then that info will give us some idea of when the resident expected Steven to return. And if any parking complaints were filed by a resident of that area over the past year-six months.

Info on the 4 houses on the east side of Evening Lights. Were they owner occupied, vacant, house rentals or room within a house rentals?

I know someone local drove past the area... can whoever did it

Ok...kind of odd. On Facebook last week I searched Steven's name, it popped up his page, but you couldn't see anything but a picture of him. Then I found the help us find Steven page and that is what directed me to WS. Well today I searched for his personal page and the picture has changed and you can now see his friends and he is a fan of Host Ice? That info was not there last week and the friends were all hidden. I swear it.

Clark County has a searchable court records site. The problem is that you'd have to look up all the people who live on Evening Lights Av, Portsmouth Creek Av or Marion Center Courts on White Pages, which I did in the past with the neighbor search. Then you'd have to search all those names at the Clark County Courts site which is a lot of work. I remember Neagle saying that a private investigator canvassed the neighborhood asking for info about Steven. I think asking about parking issues would have been a good idea but I doubt the PI did that.

Last night I posted all the neighbors in the area in a Word doc. I have concentrated my efforts on the side of Evening Lights that he crosses to from the beginning. I think we can eliminate the first house (which faces Savannah)...not sure about the second going to look at the video again but have "some" information, third I feel could be eliminated (Retired Vet who has been diagnosed with Hepititis he contracted after visiting a now closed Las Vegas clinic. He and his wife have been in the news national and local.) Fourth..."some", fifth "some"...no current criminal records (in Vegas) on any of them. I have a list of rentals for the area, and according to the PM, there are not any "registered" with them, which they have to b/c of CC&R's...not that people always tell the truth. I was waiting to see what came of this weekend before going further...but there does not seem to be any reason not to proceed with searching for info.

I saw that information from the beginning. It depends on how you get to him, what it lets you see. It's a Facebook issue since they changed all their settings. Lame I know...but that's why. Supposedly, Facebook is working on it.

I just saw your note about it being found on January 13th. I know I sent a link in a PM, I will have to see the date on it, but I thought it was before that. SOOO...maybe it's not the facebook problem.

This is great.
I don't really think Steven would be showing up at noon on a Sunday for a job interview, but
how close is the administration building or rec building from where he parked?
