Friday, December 17th:
*Arraignment Hearing (@ 9am PT) – NV – Stevie Jamon (12) (Sept. 18, 2020, fatally stabbed (55 times) & room set on fire, Reno) - *Edward Rivas (41) aka Lalo (mom’s bf) arrested (9/20/20) & charged (9/21/20) with open murder charge & 1st degree arson. Held without bond.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23.

2/25/21 Update: Order granting continuance of psychiatric evaluation report hearing. Stipulation to continue. Rescheduled to 4/2/21. 4/2/21 Update: Found competent to stand trial. Next arraignment hearing on 12/17/21.
12/17/21 Update: Next motions to confirm trial hearing on 3/15/23 & trial set to begin on 4/3/23.

Just going thru some names I have - and this one came up, but can't access to see if there is a court before the one in March, 2023?

@Niner I can get into the court site. I have this case bookmarked. The only other hearing on calendar before that jury trial is on 3/15/23 at 4:00 pm for a motion to confirm the 4/3/23 jury trial. We can look again whenever you want in case they sneak another hearing in between now and next spring.
