I'm most certainly not trying to defend the lying M family.........but is it at all possible that they (daughter, son Brandon, etc) did know it was EN, and did relay that to LE but in order for LE to gather intel/further investigate, they (LE) advised family to pretend they had no idea about EN. Would also explain perhaps why Bob offered to hand over keys to his prized car as a reward of sorts to whoever came forward with info that would lead to arrest.......he maybe did this for 2 reasons:....(1)..he was confident in making this promise/offer because he knew dang well behind the scenes that LE were closing in on EN.....and (2)....along with direction from LE, Bob was trying to give the impression that they (family) had NO IDEA who the perp was, so that the real perp (EN) would feel he was "safe" and then more inclined to slip up?

Very weird. And who gives money to someone who may have pulled a knife on people ? Was the money in payment to keep his (E.N.'s) mouth shut ?

While I do see your point... The suspect knew darned well they knew who he was.... he made no attempt to run.... certainly did not think he 'got away with it".... but was clearly ok with staying a block away...

Photos of the alleged perp shown on NG must be old because he looks to be about 15.

I hate it when they write stuff like this. All it is saying is that they knew him, not that they knew he did it.

Hate to say it but maybe someone from family had something arranged w/ EN for this shooting to take place........a hit? Would certainly explain why the M family didn't bother to tell LE that they knew it was EN (so bizarre) but maybe by Thursday they realized LE were closing in on EN so they then felt no choice but to come forth with their 'version' of how Tammy/they knew EN. Also has to be some strange reason that Bob M was reportedly over at EN's house earlier in the week.......having a little chat with him maybe? Considering how distraught and grieving Bob seems (at times), if you believed you knew who the punk was who shot your wife in the head and killed her, would you really go over to that punk's house and leave there with the punk still alive? Hasn't Bob been quoted as saying in the past that the perp better hope the cops get to him before he (Bob) does.

I can't help but feel there is something really big and illegal/criminal that connected these 2 families, and the M family has not been honest with LE about the details because theyre *****ting their proverbial pants that some really major skeletons are going to be brought out of the closet?

This quote sounds like they did:

Meyers knew Nowsch, which is how she identified the road-rage suspect, Robert Meyers told reporters later Tuesday afternoon. She gave him money and "tried to teach him how to be a man," the Associated Press reported. KLAS-TV said Tammy Meyers "had spent countless hours consoling the teen."

Another earlier post said that was why she was in fear, because she knew him and knew that he knew where they lived.

he said he couldn't say anything because it would hurt the investigation -- still sounds like a fish story to me....he did say something that clears up ''be a man'' stuff/innuendo.....'' wife told him to pull up his pants and be a man'' (((droopy drawers)))

Isn't this one and the same? They saw the suspect during the supposed road rage incident. They knew the suspect. Wouldn't they figure out he is the one who did it? Or how is it supposed to work?

NG discussing suspect with neighbor MM now.

If TM knew him, invited him into her home & fed him meals, taken him on long walks in the park with their dog, and was trying to help him turn his life around, etc.

NG made a big point about this being significant:

Nancy Grace:
"She (TM) knew who he (EN) was. She knew that he knew where she lived and that he was following her, and that he had just threatened to kill her."

Ok, so if this is true, WHY NOT CALL 911?!?!?


Why go home, drop off your daughter,, pick up BM and his loaded firearm, and go looking for your neighbor?

Felony Murder should apply to anyone carrying a gun that night. :moo:

ETA: NG then goes off on people / "the haters" vilifying the family on social media (and the media as well. Newsflash: This response was self-inflicted - they should have told the truth from the beginning. NG knows better. There's no room for half truths in the pursuit of justice. The prosecutor doesn't need to give the defense this much of a head start on reasonable doubt!. :cow:

Im thinking along the same lines... was Tammy set up? If the suspect doesnt drive ( and it was stated up thread a bit that he doesnt..) did he need a 'driver' and that is the other person they are looking for??
