I assume LE has taken EN's cell phone... so they should at least know WHO he called/texted to come get him ( although I assume it was likely a burner phone) and know if indeed he contacted someone to come get him at the park. Kids never CALL on their phones, they text. WHich makes it easier to follow what happened. Unless EN ditched his phone before LE got him. Im sure by now LE know who was in the audi... but that is all being kept very quiet. Heck, i am guessing half the teens/young adults in the area know who it is... surprised it is so quiet...

This is going to be a long drawn-out drama. Hell, the hubby even kinda looks like and kinda acts like Drew Peterson.

Each involved individual is saying different things that are "similar" to what the others say to a degree but still don't match up.
And to top that off, with each new second, all involved are saying something "similar" to what they said the previous second (but still different).

Somebody tell me if they ever get down to the bottom of this. It's ridiculous.

The same thing could be said about KN. He could have called 911 just as easily instead of going on a hunt to kill.

I have a feeling that the story about Tammy sending her daughter into the house to fetch the son and a gun so they could go and find the road ragger that harrassed them earlier is a bunch of bunk anyway. I'm have been thinking that she wasn't ever in the car, and that maybe she just came running out in the yard when she heard some commotion going on with the kids and she got caught in the cross fire. JMO.

I couldnt copy/paste for some reason but i think ABC has a story where EN' atty Claus is questioning the Meyers' every-changing time line plus the bogus and distracting (my words) suspect sketch.

Also, I'm leaning TM wasn't in the car! Something calls out a drug deal gone bad. It's very sad ~ only reason to not call the police is because it was illegal activity.

TM could have been in the car and she didn't call LE because she was involved in illegal activity with her children. There are parents like that in the middle class world.

Twitter chatter is saying TM was "involved" with EN but its not clear what "involved" means. EN supposedly told his friends this.... This is hearsay obviously

This crossed my mind, but I wasn't going to mention it without there being some indication it might be possible.

Sure seems to me that according to KK & K there should be plenty of witnesses who can support EN's claims (and be arrested.)

He got the gun from Mikey.

He was going to AZ with Adam.

He was a passenger in an Audi with some unknown driver.

According to the warrant, EN told 2 friends that he shot a person who was running into the house. He also told one of those friends that he "got those kids" who were after him.
If he only saw TM from behind as she was running into the house, I wonder if EN thought that he was actually shooting at KM?

Every strata of society has "cool parents" and "A-H parents." Mine were/are just sort of nerdy and clueless. It sucks that the cool ones can get in trouble for being cool. I'm not being sarcastic. I'm being deadly serious.

I think it was in the ( now removed ) warrant posted here.. but didnt one of EN's friend say he told them he shot at SOMEONE running to the house, and he shot someone by the car... wonder if it was little sister running into the house, which is why she was saying it 'could have been her'.... cause if she were safely in the house,,, it COULDNT be her... Was EN shooting at HER... then was distracted by mom? I could see the brother making up the story about her being dropped off to try to shield her from the limelight. Especially if there was something illegal going on.
I wonder if the 3 of them were in the car... ran across EN ( and what ever transpired ) went home and BM went in and got his gun ( and NOT dropping little sis off...) and the 3 of them went back out looking for EN.

This is the shadiest part of the Meyers' account IMO. Bob is basically admitting that they knew the identity of the shooter and deliberately withheld that info from LE. Their reason for withholding that info just makes no sense. Just as it makes no sense that you'd get a gun and go looking for someone who'd threatened you rather than calling 911. JMO

Not only did he deliberately not tell LE that the family knew EN, he flat out lied and insinuated that he did tell them, but was asked not to make that information public. Then later that day when asked directly....LE stated that ..no...they were not aware that the M's knew EN. That was a big ole ballsy lie by Bob!

Im glad I got to read it before it was taken down... I was surprised how much of the 2 stories did match... I expected them to be totally different in all ways. That made me wonder if EN was following the news... but in HIS story there was no 'road rage' incident to start the ball rolling. And I have no guess why he would leave that out .. unless it never happened... Would make HIS side more plausible to me... someone else was the initial aggressor... but he never mentioned that...
