Im glad I got to read it before it was taken down... I was surprised how much of the 2 stories did match... I expected them to be totally different in all ways. That made me wonder if EN was following the news... but in HIS story there was no 'road rage' incident to start the ball rolling. And I have no guess why he would leave that out .. unless it never happened... Would make HIS side more plausible to me... someone else was the initial aggressor... but he never mentioned that...

If their stories aren't made up, then what TM and KM perceived as a road rage could have been EN in a silver car following them because EN believed they were after him when their car was circling the park. That would mean none of them recognized each other.

During the week before the arrest, Brandon and his Dad went to EN's home several times and pounded on the front door, DEMANDING that he come out and talk to them. This happened BEFORE they ever told LE about EN.

Bet they were armed while pounding on the door. As posted up thread who goes to the home of a killer? People that are use to confronting others that's who. The night of the murder mother and son go out to confront someone. Pretty bold moves if one never behaved this way before.

Wonder what cellphone records reveal? Did anyone from the Meyers clan call EN that night? Jmt.

ciao

Just curious? I saw some survelliance tape of the silver sedan, and I am wondering if the Buick was also shown in that tape - in front of or behind the silver sedan?

shot at someone in the car and a person running towards the house......was what EN said.....
per warrant

Brandon could have been the one running toward the house and Tammy would be the one in the car.

Which would make sense... till we get to the part where they went back looking for him cause he knew where they lived. If they had not added all these levels of embellishment this whole story would have warranted a days news and be done... Part of me wonders if so much of the story was not embellished by Bob for what ever reason - ego, enjoying the attention, trying to justify things and just getting deeper and deeper...
IF they did not know who he was in the silver car ( which would be the most logical ) I dont think Tammy would have gone out looking for the car.
Anyone have any idea how long the whole story took? From them circling the parking lot.. EN calling his friend (who came and got him... that had to take a few minutes I would think... up till Tammy was shot?

That would not be something he would want out in the media would it?

Appears to be no fear there! At that time they suspected he was involved in killing TM? Then why not tell LE? Why confront the suspect if you know he is capable of killing your entire family?

Cause they were scared of him????
Cause that is supposedly why they did not call LE and tell them EN is the guy...

two against one little guy.....hard to believe they had not cornered him prior to his arrest isn't it

Yes, I do. Most people that age don't use their phones to make calls (which seems crazy to me.)

Edit - unless they are driving to or from California, hopefully.

Why to/from California? It's illegal here in CA to be on your phone while you are driving unless it's hands-free, i.e. Bluetooth.

I drove by the "scene" again so I could get a better feel for all this and even wanted to take more pics, but there was a police van with a police sitting in it, in front of the park near EN's home I'm assuming. I didn't want to draw attention to myself.. lol so I quickly drove through :blushing: Again, Mt. Shasta is a VERY small cul de sac not much room to really do much driving. In a reenactment video I saw on one of the news channel website (can't remember which), it looked like the driver got out of his car and started shooting towards BM..

'Road Rage' Suspect's Lawyer Questions Changing Timeline

By MICHAEL S. JAMESFeb 22, 2015, 12:07 AM

An attorney for the teen accused of fatally shooting a Las Vegas mother after an alleged "road rage" incident questioned whether there was any "road rage" involved at all and expressed doubts about other details provided by the victim's family.

Conrad Claus, one of the attorneys who represents Erich Nowsch, 19, told ABC News he questions why descriptions of events leading up to the fatal shooting of Tammy Meyers changed, why Meyers and her children would behave the way they purportedly did, and why a composite sketch of a suspect done before his client was arrested Thursday does not more closely resemble Nowsch.

The timeline of events in the case, whichpolice have said is based upon eyewitness accounts from Meyers' children, has evolved over time.

He says that's where he was when Tammy was shot. He called KSNV en route to say it is time to take back their city. (Whatever.)

I have no doubt that EN is the one who shot Tammy, the police have the right guy... this SHOULD be a cut and dry case. The family knew who was shooting at them. They could identify who he is, where he lives.
Why do the VICTIMS feel the need to lie???? Heck, the suspect I would understand. But the victims???
