I just checked and so far if there is an arrest (of the driver) they're keeping in under the radar.....

His first court appearance is tomorrow, right? My bet is that he gets no bail. Also, was the driver ever found and arrested? Seems like I read about another arrest, but not much about it.
I read about speculation of a second arrest. It was mere speculation based on the age of someone who was arrested. Nothing definitive was reported. If it was related, you know the newspapers and networks would have uncovered and reported everything about him---right down to if he wears tighty whities.

Earlier I thought I read the name of the person who was thought to pick EN up from the park - he owned and drove a silver Audi, but now I can not find the name anywhere!

Adam - AZ - EN was thinking of joining him

Mikey gave him the gun

those names are only ones that I recall ((other than the friends in affidavit))IIRC

What? You think it's cool for parents to buy drugs with their children present or have a sexual relationship with someone their children's age? IMO, there's a big difference between being a cool parent and what we were discussing that prompted your post. If TM was a cool parent, look where being cool got her. She has a runt of kid bragging to his friends that he was sleeping with her (probably a lie to be a big man to his other runt friends), and then she gets shot to death in her driveway. Yeah, that sucks. I'll agree with you there. It's entirely possible to be a cool parent AND a healthy role model.

Wait, what? Did I miss that he actually said that??

In addition, I think you are confusing SYG with Castle Doctrine. Had EA attempted to enter the Meyers home, Castle Doctrine may apply, not SYG. By all accounts, he was in a car the whole time, and never on their property, much less attempting to enter their residence.

Please don't shoot at anyone until you become better informed about state laws regarding Stand Your Ground, Castle Doctrine, and self-defense.

JMO

Thank you for bringing this up. I looked up the laws out of curiosity:

States That Have Stand Your Ground Laws - FindLaw

Many states have enacted so-called stand your ground laws that remove the duty to retreat before using force in self-defense. Florida passed the first such law in 2005, generally allowing people to stand their ground instead of retreating if they reasonably believe doing so will "prevent death or great bodily harm."
Other states followed with laws specifically affirming one's right to defend themselves, even outside of their homes and with deadly force if necessary. The wording of each state's laws will vary, but typically require you to have the right to be at a location. State self-defense laws may also overlap, but generally fall into three general categories:

Stand Your Ground: No duty to retreat from the situation before resorting to deadly force; not limited to your property (home, office, etc.).
Castle Doctrine: Limited to real property, such as your home, yard, or private office; no duty to retreat (use of deadly force against intruders is legal in most situations); some states, like Missouri and Ohio, even include personal vehicles.
Duty to Retreat: Must retreat from the situation if you feel threatened (use of deadly force is considered a last resort); may not use deadly force if you are safely inside your home.
Here are the states that have passed stand your ground laws:

Twitter chatter is saying TM was "involved" with EN but its not clear what "involved" means. EN supposedly told his friends this.... This is hearsay obviously

Did anyone ever find out what Baby G stands for? Every time I come to this thread I think Baby Gangsta.
He certainly has a baby face.

that's a relief.......wouldn't want to have to start passing the hat for your bail:jail:

speaking of bail.......do we think that there will that option for EN??
With the charges he's facing, I would certainly hope there is no bail.

Just curious? I saw some survelliance tape of the silver sedan, and I am wondering if the Buick was also shown in that tape - in front of or behind the silver sedan?

If the Buick was in the video, I'm sure it was in the right place for LE to show that Erich was in the wrong. Otherwise, they would have arrested a Meyers family member.

Did anyone get a screenshot of the fundme page w/ all RM comments?? I sure wish I was able to see it :)

It was just a bunch of vile people being nasty and rude to the family of a woman who had just been murdered.

Who scrubbed Tammy's social media and when?

I wasn't suggesting that the wrong person was arrested. I'm just curious because none of the stories from any of the players seem legit. What exactly led up to TM being murdered in her front yard? Was there some type of crime taking place between all the players leading up to her death?

I have a question. In the warrant document it states that the silver car passed the Buick on the passenger side using the bike lane before spinning sideways to block the victim's path.

Where I live the bike lane is fairly narrow. Maybe a smart car could pass and drive in that lane, but not a normal size car without riding up over the curb. Do these streets have wide bicycle lanes or perhaps no curbs making it feasible for a normal size car to travel in the bike lane?

I just read on WJLA.com that there is absolutely no record of TM being a nurse in Nevada or California. No current license or expired license can be found apparently. That's strange. I am on an IPAD and don't know how to bring the link over. Is this another mistruth that the family told? If so, why would they lie about something that can be checked out? Was she a nurses aid instead?

Maybe it is in her maiden name?

I think that was posted on the first thread on WS. Apparently there is no record of her being a nurse.

Maybe so, but hasn't she been married to Bob for 25 years? Wouldn't she have her license in her married name?
