Interesting read. What Barbara posted about medical bills is bullcocky. (See quote below.) Insurance via the Marketplace is quality insurance that has to provide a quality level of coverage. These policies have out of pocket expense limits. There is no way in HELL Bob owes 440k in medical bills if Tammy had health insurance through what Barbara calls "Obamacare." There's no way an appendectomy could deplete family's annual coverage. Those types of policies are against the law now. Obamacare outlawed annual and lifetime dollar limit caps on medical insurance policies. Either Barbara is lying or Bob lied to her or Bob is clueless.

JMO--Thank you for posting this. I think B posts "Obamacare" because there are folks who really don't understand what health insurance is, (and why having it is good for everybody), they just don't like a certain person.

First, I'm fairly certain TM's insurance has an actual name, and it isn't Obamacare. I think accuracy counts.

Second, I'm not sure I believe the billing has already totally 100% cycled through.

Third, are B&B asserting that TM's health insurance has absolutely no catastrophic yearly cost cap? I think it's important they are transparent on this particular issue. (These types of caps are a maximum out of pocket to the consumer billing amount during the calendar year. It doesn't cap "care", it caps billing to the patient.)

And I also agree it appears B&B aren't telling the full story.

She was 44. Oldest son is 22 or 23 depending on source. That wouldn't allow much time to go to school to become an RN or LPN and to work as a nurse, would it? Also, married at 19 if Bob's math is correct.

There are various classifications of Nurses beneath Registered Nurses (which usually require a 4 year degree). There are licensed vocational nurses (LVNs or LPNs) certified nursing assistants (CNAs), etc.. Not sure all would be "registered" in each state. Also, could be listed under the maiden name. I just don't see any reason for the family to make this up.

Agreed. I run into many people in my profession who tell me about their relatives who are ' a nurse' but on further discussion they are a CNA or such...

Okay y'all I made a map of the driving routes between Tammy and her daughter and o' Mystery Car per the warrant. A couple points of interest is the distance between the first interaction between the two cars and from the school where Tammy started. Where were Tammy and her daughter going when they left the school? They weren't going home. And how did Mystery Car manage to find them so quickly? Mystery Car would have had to already know exactly where they were in order to catch up with them so quickly.

Another interesting thing I noticed is that after Mystery Car overtook TM, they turned right on Westcliff. It was then Tammy who followed Mystery Car!

Please note the warrant says they turned onto Cimarron from Westcliff and then the silver car confrontation happened. So I don't know how far down Cimarron they actually were. That is just a guess.

Thank you for this. I was trying to do this also, from the warrants, to see the direction of travel from the story the daughter gave. At the point the car pulled up alongside of them they would have known EN was in the car.

Earlier I thought I read the name of the person who was thought to pick EN up from the park - he owned and drove a silver Audi, but now I can not find the name anywhere!

its in one of the docs from CBS posted earlier

Those health ins numbers are total BS- but we do learn TM has life ins and they are having money problems. These people should have really kept their big mouths shut!

From reading the warrant information again it is clear that EN knew that he shot the person in the car......he also told the friend K..that he shot at a person ''running'' (not the person in the car). He also told the friend K that they drove from the scene to a friend's house and switched cars. That friend also drove him to Santa Fe Station Casino. Betcha their surveillance tapes have been seriously searched for clues too. MOO

Just chill out, folks!!!

It's gonna be a long time before any of the BS (BS from many different sources) is sorted out!

Nobody knows ANYTHING until that point. But WTF (w= WHY) hasn't a soap opera or telanovella about this BS been aired yet?

You see... <mod snip> ain't even really gotten very far yet. We're in for a long, exciting ride. If the pre-stuff is anything to consider....

I really think this is going to turn on its head and we are going to end up with an entirely different scenario.

Actually, per my interest level, this has already peaked; gone now are the free-form days of Bahb's bleat approximating a kind of insane white-right rap cadence, mewling away like some butt-sore heifer about The Gross Unfairness of It All, and with it the compelling subtext (and possible "There once was a family called Meyers...." limerick possibility) of why that kwazy klan was making like Pinocchio with the concept of truth. Now it's "wake me when it's over" territory, now the lawyers have got it. Zzzzz.

I saw that this morning and to be honest, He has a case if she went out looking for him. This is like trying to separate eggs out of a cake. Too many options of what really happened, no one telling the truth.

He is the one shown in that video following their car then following them to their home. If that is his story, he has no case.

I have to admit it was the limerick possibilities that kept my interest.....now I am sure the outcome will be a ''mXth'' equation...

a + b (meth)= murder
cannot remember details

Yup.
And there may be a little interest in predicting how many times during the trial various attorneys will utter this:
"Were you lying then, or are you lying now?..."

I, too, was wondering where they went after the driving lesson. From the school they didn't need to take the main streets to get home, if I'm understanding what parking lot they took the "driving lesson" in. There maybe two parking lots to this school, I may have to go check it out...lol..
