I took a video from my cell phone of Mt. Shasta from Cherry River but I don't know how to post it from my computer??? It's a really short video but, hey, you can see the street where the shooting took place..

From your link:

"If we spoke to the news and told them what we honestly knew, I don't think it would have helped the police's investigation to find this man"
PV (redacted), girlfriend of dead woman's 20-year-old son

Good catch noticing that! I read the last half of the article a couple of times. Lots of possible information there, including state of mind of the family, as well as noting the ongoing investigation.
The family has some strange ways of looking at things, JMO.

LOL! It's not so "amazing" to us. We called it a week ago!
Ha! We sure did!

Now we know it was pills. That's a very expensive habit. Pill addicts are very unstable.

The DA says they know about the drug aspect but are purposely basing their case on the interactions that occurred. Well, gee. Talk about totally ignoring MOTIVE when determining how to interpret the interactions that occurred. They've been treating this as road rage when they knew it was drugs. You can't just ignore drugs and drug dealing when investigating and prosecuting a case!

It also makes sense. We thought she looked unhappy in all her photos. Now that I take a second look, I see that it could just be Xanax. She looks very chilled out and relaxed. And many, many housewives get hooked on Xanax. Here in LA they often resort to buying "Xani-bars" on the street after their doctors cut them off from legal prescriptions. It's very common.

Oops, i see its been posted.

I have to say TM looks miserable and detached in many photos.... (Just an observation, not a judgement)

Xanax? I knew Tammy had to quite possibly be on something in order for her to think it was a good idea to grab her son with a loaded gun and seek out someone who she had just exchanged words with at the park! If that ever really happened to begin with.

The more I read about this case, The more indifferent I become. I think that basically at this point all we have is lies from both sides, I a can not garner a lot of sympathy for someone who went searching for someone with her son and a gun. It is a shame it resulted in her death, But Im sorry, Something is so screwed up about this, I just can not give it more of my energy.

"Stan - claims he, like Mrs Meyers and her family, had taken Nowsch in and given him food and money when he needed it most. His eldest son used to be good friends with Nowsch and he had been to his house 'hundreds' of times before he turned on Selig and his family.

He said: 'My life is in danger. I was even threatened after they had Erich in custody.

'He wanted to kill my kids. He went after my kids, he went after my daughter with a knife, he went after my son trying to steal his bike, he went after me.''

You are right! It's more common that I thought. Not too long ago there was an hour segment about it on one of the news channels - CNN maybe? The particular episode featured a soccer mom and how her downward spiral began. She got addicted to herion of all things. Just like you said - these women get addicted to rx's and then when their doctor cuts them off they go looking for drugs on the street.

JMO--They know the truth. They probably don't want to say too much now, no real reason to. In addition, the families actions post crime will not be particularly helpful to the prosecution, either.

The defense is going to be wading through a ton of discovery in the coming weeks/months. I'm sure they will find many interesting relevant bits of information. This case will be all about the drugs/money/guns/threats....it won't be the shock of a "stranger" road rage event.

Or out of something, IMO.

LOL. I'm freaking out. I just posted a quote from this guy. Coincidence, I know, but still pretty wild.

Yup! If this is all true (what the neighbor Stan is saying)...I bet poor Tammy was out and in freak out mode and needing her fix. Tragic.
