Apologies if anyone is having problems. I watched it on my iPad's youtube app & copied the link from the menu at top right of screen.

It's from an account named "AlbaMania" and the video is a TV news reporter named Castelano. (I think I saw him tweet about EN's 1st court appearance.) It says HD 3 (Hi-Def channel 3?) Whoever "AlbaMania" is posted it Feb 17 but it seems to have been broadcast & recorded on Feb 13 during a broadcast before the 6 p.m. news.

Great find, Alice. I've never heard this description before. Since three people in the Audi seems to be the only congruent detail in everyone's story, if the daughter saw two black males and one spikey hair white dude (which is pretty specific) I guess EN is off the hook. It's extraordinary how hard the M's were trying to throw everyone off the track of who really shot their mom. This family is a defense attorney's dream.

got to see it ((just had to clear my browser for some reason)).....in this video reporter states daughter is/was 14 also....
and it is very interesting that it is the daughter's description of the occupants.....

I'm sure you're right about that SStar, as it is obviously an old video, but I don't remember seeing this one. I don't remember this video being talked about at all, does anyone else? With the two black guys?

But you would have to admit being able to describe two black guys and a 6' tall spikey hair white guy with hazel eyes are pretty specific details, and that was right at the beginning.

Any chance MrAudi is the guy with the recording studio? IIRC, police talked to him about EN's alibi, so maybe/not?

That video is something else. In RM's defense, he says, "This is all I got because everyone is still upset." I do think he was clueless about the earlier versions of the story as told by the children.

What proof do we have she was only hit with one bullet? One was found at the scene with blood on it. Is it possible another bullet remained lodged in her head? He'd know if she got hit in the eye, right? That's at least information that he'd know himself first hand.

KM saying it was two black men and one white man is laughable considering the sketch looks nothing like EN. The defense attorney is going to have fun if there is any reference whatsoever to two lack men and one white man in LE's notes. Information in the investigative files are available to be used to question police and witnesses on the stand, right?
