Thank you, Spanish!!

My guess is something happened on that specific weekend.

The teen and the neighborhood mom may have seen each other in passing the weekend of February 7-8, when Tammy Meyers walked the family dogs in the park where Nowsch often sat at a picnic bench with other teens, Robert Meyers said.

'Bunch of troublemakers,' Robert Meyers said. 'I wouldn't allow my kids to hang out with them.' But he denied there was any bad blood.

Oh, man, I had read about the "may have seen each other when TM walked the dogs in the park" but I had totally missed that there were specific dates associated with that statement.

Oh boy.

Okay, if TM routinely walked the dogs at the park, there would have been no reason to mention Feb. 7-8 specifically. She would have randomly encountered EN all the time if she routinely walked the dogs at the park. That tells me that she didn't routinely walk the dogs in the park.

That tells me that there was something specific that happened at the park Feb. 7-8 — with TM and EN both present. There was some interaction between them at the park that weekend. This is all IMO JMO MOO etc. But to call out a specific date when they "may have" encountered each at the park? And the weekend in question just happened to be four days before the shooting? Logic and deduction tell me that something happened at the park Feb. 7 or 8 between TM and EN.

I'm sure you're correct.

Dangit, what happened at the park that weekend, four days before TM got shot?

I do wonder if part of KM's testimony did catch the DA by surprise. In the complaint KM said they spent part of their time in the school and part of their time driving around the neighborhood north of the school, but in court she said all of it was spent at the school. When she says 50 minutes the DA answers back if she said 15 minutes but she says no 50 minutes without there being any mention of leaving the school for KM to drive around. The DA didn't even ask KM about seeing the silver car drive by their home that was in the original complaint but a new wrinkle was added by the DA about TM cancelling whatever it was they were doing at the school when TM saw the person matching EN's description (and around the same time this is happening, EN calls for the car with whatever paranoia EN has also being shared by the Meyers at the same time). The whole road rage thing explains away why TM didn't just immediately go back and get BM with a gun as some planned act without immediate provocation as you take out the intervening road rage parts, you just have TM returning to the spot where she saw EN but this time she's back in an armed car with at least BM.

Hi, I'm trying to do something with google maps and can't seem to find the name of EN's street. Can someone help? Thanks.

It's Cherry River. Their houses are almost parallel just on different streets.

<Respectfully snipped for focus>

Miss Muffet, is this where you see a person? Forgive my poor excuse for a circle. Photo is from your Daily Mail link.

Yes. The person is standing behind a garbage/recycling can.

Hmmmm.... RM said that about the Buick's windows being tinted at the same time that he said it wasn't simple road rage, that "My wife was followed home and murdered" and "this was intentional — to kill the person in the green car." That was Feb. 23 — obviously after EN had been arrested and it had become public knowledge that EN and the Meyerses knew each other.

So his position at that time was that the silver car intentionally followed the green car home to murder the person in the green car, but that EN didn't know the green car was the Meyers' car. So... he was saying that EN intentionally wanted to kill someone in some green car, but that EN's intention wasn't to kill TM in the Meyers' green car.

Wow, maybe another case of unrelated but similar-looking cars? Maybe EN was on the lookout for a different green car, while the Meyerses were on the lookout for a different silver car?

Yeah, okay. Right. Nope, that dog don't hunt.
Another reason that dog don't hunt is because he said in his press conference a week or two later that TM knew the people in the silver car and she left the house to keep the bad guys away from the house. Add to it that BM to this day claims he didn't know who was in the car and I've just gotta scratch my head.

What's it gonna be, Bob? Did the occupants of both cars know each other or not? :eyeroll:

Am I seeing a SECOND person? Follow the first possible person's line of sight as they're looking in the opposite direction of the Audi. I'm not sure, but it looks like they're looking at someone else in the street that is near the edge of the picture around the upper left corner in the area of the street. It could just be something in a tree or something else, but if the first blob is a person, they're looking at something besides the Audi.

My thanks to LancelotLink for bringing this to our attention. Four days is far enough in the past and close enough to the shooting to be the day the conflict started.

I thought that too when I saw it a couple weeks ago, but I believe it's the tree branch from that wispy tree in the camera's yard. It never moves during the video. Someone walking like that with their arms and legs in that position would move in those few seconds the car is passing. There is a small branch with leaves that is in that exact spot.

I agree that person near the garbage can is looking elsewhere. You'd think he would look at the Audi as it passes. That's why I initially concluded (before I realized it was EN's house) that this picture was taken AFTER the shooting on Mt. Shasta and the person in the driveway was an ear witness outside looking towards the M's house.

But that doesn't make sense given the time of the video and the Audi turns down Mt. Carmel. If the person in the driveway wasn't associated with EN, he would have been very drawn to looking at the Audi using a spotlight after such a ruckus in the neighborhood.

I'm not sure what I'm seeing but it is further to the left than that tree where with the other parts of that tree we just see gray blur from the leaves and branches. The only footage that I've been able to download is low quality, so I don't know whether it moves or not. If it's a person it could be someone stopped on a bike talking to the other person, which would make it look weird while stationary in the street.

Not only that but a shooting had just occurred not far from there, so they'd be seeing an oddly acting car driving by with a spotlight right after a shooting that is going in the direction of the shooting.

When I realized the person in the driveway couldn't have been looking towards the Meyers house, I then thought he was looking at the person in the street. It not moving in the video makes it very unlikely. Plus the arms would almost touch the ground if they were straight---like its an ape. I really think it's just a trick of the camera on the tree.

If you look back to when I made this discovery, I saw this too, but I've concluded it's leaves sticking out from a tree branch. There is no bike--that would be noticeable. Go look at the tree on google maps street view. You can zoom street view too. You'll see how the leaves drop down and can form legs and arms and how some of branches stick out further than others.

One thing I noticed in the picture is it seems the front passenger door is open, and I wondered I that figure in the street was a person who jumped out of the car, but there is clearly someone in the front passenger seat after the car passes the camera so it can't be that.

Everyone ignored me when I found this a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm going back and looking at everything again, I'm still coming to the same conclusions I did before, but I'll keep analyzing the video and picture some more.

This is an article confirming they're co-defendants and will keep appearing together in future events:
http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/28621829/nowsch-accused-driver-to-appear-in-court-together
I really want to see why Andrews is charged with Discharging A Firearm given how the case against EN has been described in the legal documents and LE/DA press conferences. If they're going to say that EN fired all those rounds so far stated plus Andrews fired additional rounds, I want to know where all these shell casings went and what caliber weapon Andrews is alleged to have fired.

I would guess that announcement came from the DA.

The defense teams (particularly Derrick's) might well move to have them tried separately, and the court might well grant that motion. Just because the DA wants something it doesn't mean the DA will necessarily get it.

I'm not saying they'll be tried separately; I'm just saying that they might not be tried together, despite what this article says.

If I were Derrick, I'd probably want a separate trial.

Also, the figure in the street doesn't make proportional sense. If it was a person, it would be much smaller than the figure closer down the street to the camera.

I have looked at it which the tree seems to puny as the most substantial part of it, is wood log base that that is used as support for the tree with the tree leaning to the left in the opposite direction of the blob once it's artificial base stops. It's also was just today that Snoods posted that image where it seems to be coming from a higher resolution video source than what I have where with the resolution video I have, I can't say one way or the other if there isn't some movement.

I wonder if EN tried to get out of the car by his home, but it is Andrews who tried to pursue. If you're follow the arraignment, EN and Andrews aren't exactly acting like best buddies now.

At the arraignment EN is facing the death penalty and Claus is asking for things like cell phone GPS records, police radio logs and crime scene photos saying that he still hasn't received it and he's particularly concerned with the death penalty hearing on 4/1. Andrews wanted to say something, but the judge wouldn't let him.

Is there video of this? Does Andrews have an attorney?

 • #1,080
I found the answer about the lawyer. His not having an attorney is why the judge suggested he not speak. I can't believe Andrews is going to be stuck with a public defender for such a serious case. Why isn't a prominent lawyer stepping forward to offer him pro bono? He has the easiest case, IMO, and it would make a lawyer look really good to get him off.
