Considering he might face the death penalty, one would think he should go with what the truth actually is (if he was not a driver).

Personally, I think the DA is deliberately over-charging DA in order to apply pressure to get him to talk. I think he'll make a deal. Charges dropped, or reduced to something very minor, if he fingers EN. The DA really needs that, IMO — because there's still the chance that the judge won't admit EN's confession to Mogg, and without that, I think they're going to have a hard time proving EN was the shooter.

Eyewitness testimony from the driver who was in the car with him and saw him pull the trigger would be very good proof that EN was the shooter, even without EN's confession.

That's what I think. Purely my own opinion. JMO, IMO, MOO and all that jazz.

What we experienced was a real glitch due to changes being made to the website setup. Dave the WS IT guy fixed it for us last night. There are posts about it in the website's management forums at the top of the main forum page.

I don't know about any of that, just telling people how to fix it

The problem we were having wouldn't/couldn't be fixed the way you're saying. You'll have to trust me that it was a glitch and your fix didn't solve anything last night for us. It took Dave the IT guy to fix whatever was causing it to happen to those of us who were having the problem. Not sure why you're still seeing it.

Dave the IT guy didn't fix anything for me. I still have a side bar.

OK, I thought the arrow was his fix. must have been two problems.

If you don't have an arrow, maybe clear your cache and it will be fixed. Or, try a different browser.

I also wonder why there has been no call for witnesses. Are the streets so deserted at that time of night that NOBODY else would have been around? From the extent of the road rage as reported by KM, I'd think that someone in another car would have called 911 on the spot. And I find it almost impossible that neither KM nor TM had their own cell phone with them. I also think it strange that if nobody was out driving that night, then it seems the alleged road rager would just have passed them if driving too slowly. IF there was road rage, I wonder if TM may have brake-checked the guy or something like that and/or tried to prevent him from passing.
A couple of decades ago, my ex and I experienced road rage late at night on a four lane highway. Our two cars were the only vehicles on that stretch of road. We ended up at a stop in the middle of an empty road with this guy jumping out of his car screaming at us for what seemed to be no apparent reason. The whole ordeal took a few minutes because my ex got out of our car too. It was quite a spectacle. Anyways, no other vehicles were in the area throughout that entire time.

At one point he said that he
was actually waiting in the park and didn't want to get
into one of his friends' vehicles until the green car
had left the area.
Eventually the green car leaves the
area. He said he got into the vehicle with a friend of
his whom he described as a white male. He was sitting,
Nowsch was sitting in the front passenger seat, the
other male was the driver, and he describes the car as a
cream colored four door vehicle. He said they were
sitting on the side of the street when all of a sudden
the green car came around behind them again,

BBM: the words and the grammar certainly makes it seem as though there were two cars that came to pick up EN. And the cars would have been there the same time as the Buick. Most likely seen by the Buick. IMO.
It sounds to me like the first car arrived while the Buick was in the area, and the second car arrived after the Buick left.

Doesn't sound like that to me at all. He claims he waited until Buick left to get into the car. But the car arrived before Buick left.

I don't think confession will be thrown out. Sounds like EN was read his Miranda rights. His statements also appear pretty coherent. He certainly gave a lot of details, including what he was thinking at the time.

I could see depending on the circumstances that the LE confession gets thrown out, but even if that happened they still have K and A. I don't know that all three are going to make it through pre-trial, but I think at least one will.

It worked for me, so thanks. I'm on a laptop. Maybe it's different for smartphones.

Phooey. Castelan says he will post the superseding GJ indictment on Monday. I wonder if that would the same for other channels. Didn't CBS post the EN warrant?

He also said it was very interesting. Lifting monkey eyebrows.

Yeah, he said that to a question of it was plausible, so I really look forward to hearing more and reading more
