Plus, to add to my lengthy post above I actually feel sorry for EN, my sympathy level was high even though I believe he deserves prison. HOWEVER, if this knife incident proves to be true, my sympathy level went waaaaaay down for him and he deserves prison for life, JMO! Especially since he pulled the knife 3 days later after the shooting :jail: I'm hoping this knife story isn't true.

In all honesty, Sonjay I don't have all the answer to why I feel the way I do about all this. Here is what I do know, I, myself have been to court and I've had to give statements to the police etc.. I also know that I didn't remember every little detail and I also remember when I was being questioned, I had to give answers and only when asked. I also know it's nerve wracking being questioned and you feel you have to give lots of details because you are being questioned over and over again. So, right now I'm giving the Meyers some slack on their stories. I believe RM should have kept quite through all this as well because he made things worse, IMO.

Even if there weren't signs of a accident from the road rage, doesn't mean that there wasn't something going on while they were driving. This spikey hair guy could be a totally separate incident from the actual shooting who happens to drive a silver car. KM is 15 years old and most likely was scared, or maybe she was the one who was driving at the time and was afraid she would get in trouble for driving without a license or whatever... Then you have BM giving his side of what happened, there here comes the dad giving his version when he wasn't even there. We don't know what his kids are telling him, we are not there to hear it. I think he just wants to get in front of the camera and mouth off and he may had his own spin to it.

I really REALLY wish we had the original police report from that night, I'd get a better feel for all this You guys could be right in what your theory is and I could be soooo off my martini rocker with my theory. Also, I do believe people lie even when under oath but EN's story matches somewhat to the Meyers after the road rage incident.

Sorry Sonjay, I can't give you all your answers because I don't have all the facts, just bits and pieces and I'm just going by what I read in the GJ statement. I NEED TO HEAR MORE!! lol :crazy:

It sounds to me like there are two different knife incidents being described. One is a blind boy with a girl, and the other is two girls.

I think most people will feel the same way if it ends up being true. Since it's a different court case, the shooting jury won't be taking that into consideration. I guess I'm making the assumption he will be tried separately for the knife accusation. I can't imagine the charges all being tried together.

I still want to know who and where this blonde-crew-cut silver-car-driving guy is.

I myself will wait to see what the evidence shows. There have been so many lies in this case already, I'm not just accepting at face value anything that anybody says.

Ok my thoughts are: EN goes to prison for killing TM! :jail: I told you my thoughts, I'm simply going off the statements and not much more. Yes, the stories change but since I wasn't there to witness all this, I can only go by what I've read and not what the media is saying and what You Tube says, we are not hearing everything that is out there, we simply are not. If the police reported they didn't find any markings on the car for a accident, well so be it but we still didn't hear the before and after, maybe there is more to this that's not being reported. I don't know how clear I can be, I can not answer your questions the way you want me to. I just simply think the way I do at this moment. I don't see any proof there wasn't a road rage, I don't see any proof there wasn't a driving lesson, I don't see any proof TM knew EN was in that car. I don't see any proof that TM wasn't driving that night. We are getting bits and pieces, nothing more.

We know KM worked with police to produce that sketch; it was testified to in the GJ hearing. And we know police aren't looking for him anymore; they said so in their Feb. 19 news conference.

You believe KM's testimony that there was road rage and a spiky-haired dude. So why aren't they looking for that guy? Is there an explanation that makes sense? Is there something I'm missing?

Time to hit the blackjack tables; I actually agree with jjenny! I also think the two knife incidents being discussed are the same incident. The one happened Feb. 15; the other, the person says "on the weekend," which would place it during the Feb. 14-15 weekend.

I'm reserving judgement about what actually happened with the knife. EN might be evil incarnate, but he also might be the target of more lies and deception.

If the same people gave the same statements to the media after BM was charged with holding a knife to a blind kid's throat, I'm not so sure you'd wait for the evidence. Deep down you know that's true. Admit it. I can admit it. I'd be saying, "Now it all makes sense why EN was so terrified!"

Honestly? Deep down? I suspect there's at least some kernel of truth to the knife incident. We haven't heard the whole story; I doubt it was just that there were some little kids there, and out of the blue EN walked up and put a knife to a blind kid's throat. I want the full story, in context.

BM? Yeah, I've seen his FB rants. I'd believe it in a heartbeat about BM. But I'd still want the full story, because I have trouble picturing anybody just walking up to a blind kid and putting a knife to his throat. There's context; there's always context. I want the context.

2 REASONS: One: It could be a separate incident because the spiky hair guy isn't the one who shot and killed TM and they already got the one who did. Two: I also believe, and I could be wrong, that they were also looking for the driver and maybe the sketch that was made public would have caused the driver to flee, JMO, MOO!!!!!

If KM lied about the spiky hair guy then I would like to hear it from LE's mouth that she actually lied to them and if I'm missing something I want to see it. Do we know for a fact that she lied, did she confess to the lie? For now if the police felt it wasn't necessary to use the sketch anymore and they didn't say the reason, then I can't answer why, I can only go by my own thoughts. Again, I could be wrong...

The guy never said that blonde with a crew cut was the one who drove a silver car. EN's hair is not dark brown, it's regular brown. Could presumably be described as dark blonde.

The man says the suspect fits the description of the person wanted in connection with Meyers' death.

'That day [in the park] that silver car showed up, it's a white boy, he's young he's got blonde crew cut hair. It fits. 'The story fits, because they're all young punks in a gang called Alpha Block,' the neighbor added.

According to this statement, there was a young guy with a crew cut connected with a silver car. A guy who is said to look like the sketch/description. Take your pick of semantics. Perhaps it is not stated explicitly that the crew cut guy was driving but if the witness has any command of the English language at all, I would deduce he was driving a silver car. It didn't drive there by itself. EN didn't drive. I think some of the reporting is garbled. But it is interesting that someone has linked EN with a silver car and a guy with a crew cut. It is interesting and deserves more scrutiny.
