The Meyers have gone back out on the interview circuit and yet again they seem not to know to keep their mouth shut. Specifically BM is changing what he said in his sworn GJ testimony where he now says they were heading home and only coincidentally did the Audi happen to be in front of them...it's said in the separate BM interview clip on this page:

Looking at the photos and diagram, it really looks there was more than two people in that car. Actually I think it's necessary for there to have been at least three people in the car and/or for TM to have gone outside after the car arrived as there's just too many people described in the EN confession, particularly when it looks like BM would have been out of EN's line of sight and EN never said he saw anyone running toward them. Given what Mogg said EN said, the person running towards the house sound distinctly not like BM giving how BM ran away from the house and towards the truck and would have been the closest to shoot had EN seen him.

The Meyers have gone back out on the interview circuit and yet again they seem not to know to keep their mouth shut. Specifically BM is changing what he said in his sworn GJ testimony where he now says they were heading home and only coincidentally did the Audi happen to be in front of them...it's said in the separate BM interview clip on this page:

Someone pointed out on an earlier thread that BM couldn't claim they were just heading home when the Audi first shot at them, because they had passed the turn-off onto Cherry River when the Audi started shooting. If they were really heading home, and the Audi just happened to be in front of them, they would have turned onto Cherry River and gone on home.

But what they did was continue past Cherry River, stopped only when the Audi stopped. They were following the Audi. BM is lying.

Ok, maybe I'm confused and may have to go back and listen, but I thought BM said he made a wrong turn (taken the wrong street) to get home and that was when they came upon the Audi... Then he said the Audi took off going 80 to 100 miles and then they followed the Audi..

BBM: They are not helping their case by giving these interviews. They are trying too hard to get the public to not view Tammy in a negative light, but this interview isn't helping that, IMO.

BM didn't say anything about a wrong turn in the original police report nor in his GJ testimony. This interview is the first I've ever heard BM mention the wrong turn as far as I know. Am I wrong about this? (Which really wasn't a wrong turn, they just went past their street as they were following the silver car).

Could this interview have been orchestrated by their attorney to help fill in the discrepancies of earlier testimony? The less it seems like TM was chasing after the Audi the better?

According to BM's statement to the police he and his mother followed the Audi at least 50 feet south of Cherry River on Villa Monterey. So correct, they were NOT heading home.

From the police report:

Brandon said the silver car sped up as it continued south on Villa Monterey. Brandon said when he and his mother were approximately 50 feet south of Cherry River Dr on Villa Monterey the silver car stopped and was facing in a southeasterly direction on Villa Monterey and Alta Dr.

He goes on to say how his mother then had to back up in order to travel down Cherry River.

But now according to the latest interview, BM says his mother "turned down a wrong street" and there was the silver car. But, she didn't turn down a wrong street, she simply bypassed Cherry River in order to continue chasing the silver car.

The way the interviewer phrases the following is a bit eye-rolling. "How unlucky for you! Every street you turned down, the silver car was right in front of you." As if it was somehow the silver car's fault that TM was following it.
