LAS VEGAS (Court TV) — A Nevada man convicted for a second time for the 2008 shooting deaths of his wife and the hitman he allegedly conspired with to kill her is set to be sentenced Tuesday, Nov. 7.

After nearly five hours of deliberations, jurors convicted Thomas Randolph of conspiracy to commit murder and two counts of murder with the use of a deadly weapon.

So, because he filed a motion at close of business yesterday to dismiss, he wasn't sentenced today because . . . well, he simply filed a motion to dismiss.

Oh, no, no, he didn't kill 4 of of his 6 wives, and the hitman he hired to kill wife #6. What a scheme -- I guess he didn't have to pay for the hit since he killed the hitman (unless he pre-paid for the hit, that is).

So now, the motion will have to be heard on January 4, 2024, and the sentencing (if it will ever happen) is put on hold until then.

Geez-Louise! It's just that easy, huh? What a lunatic. I'll bet he has some pen pals who are just champing at the bit to be the next wife.

…Thomas Randolph, 69, insisted he was innocent and vowed to appeal. Nonetheless, Judge Tierra Jones sentenced Randolph to two consecutive life sentences with additional prison time for gun charges.

“I didn’t kill Sharon,” Randolph said of his late wife in a rambling, bizarre, 15-minute-long soliloquy before sentencing. “I have nothing to do with this.”

Sick, sick man he is.
