Circumstances of Disappearance Timothy abandoned his vehicle in the Peppermill Casino parking lot after cashing checks in the casino. He was struggling with work at the time of his disappearance. Timothy was known to have prior experience as a pilot in the military.

I realize it's a stretch because of the geographic distance and time, but NamUs #UP1720 matches Mr. Moen for a number of characteristics. I wonder if there are dentals or DNA for Mr. Moen.
