Always a chance I misunderstood, misheard.

Did anyone else hear the same?

IF so, then perhaps, no cache of weapons in vehicle IDK

I heard it, too. On the radio.
(And was like "yeah. Ok")

My only concern is that the reason (or so I heard) the SUV was pulled over was because the two homeless men told authorities that someone from the SUV discarded the bag. But seems to not be true now if they were released

CNN: Owner was watching CNN on his laptop. Saw this guy in the doorway of his bussiness. Called. It sounds like from the beginning the owner thought it might be him!

The car was stopped because it had been located at an address associated with the suspect. The individuals were not being charged with anything and were no longer being detained as of Monday afternoon.

The men had several weapons in the SUV.

The FBI was led to the men after discovering more pipe bombs at a Elizabeth, New Jersey train station.

The New York Post reported that the men were headed to the airport.

From moms link with Heavy

Something makes me think that the 5 people might not have been family ?? Like is was one of those media mess ups that does not get cleared up for days. I would think interviewing five members of a terrorist would not "end" so quick

If we go back and look at this

Senator Marty Golden said on Instagram that the traffic stop was related to the bombing. The Post added that five people were taken into custody in the stop and were questioned in an FBI building in Manhattan.

mostly from the same family and “may” have been headed to JFK Airport.

three brothers and possibly two sisters, the New York Times reports. Two of his brothers share their fathers name, Mohammad, one of whom goes by his middle name, Qasim, according to court documents.

Verrazano Bridge is about 30 minutes from the Rahami’s home in Elizabeth.

The restaurant stayed open all night, and drew large, loud crowds, Bollwage said. The city passed an ordinance forcing the restaurant to close at 10 p.m.

Ahmad’s brothers got into a fight with an officer who came to close down the restaurant. He fled to Afghanistan before the case was resolved, according to the Times.

not known if any members of Rahami’s family was at the home at the time of the raid.

Patch might be fine for local reporting, but Not nearly considered MSM (who isn't always accurate these days either)

You know what just struck, casue of no life lost, I think we have the sense that the first one was not a serious powerful bomb. He placed it near the dumpster that absorbed a lot moo

Go out. You will be fine!!

I meant did not wanna leave coverage cause at the time thought others would go nuts and bomb stuff.

But they arrested the wrong people, are pulling back from totally from "cell" angle, , messed up the thives with the duffle bag as terrorists, (which made no sense at all from the beginning, why would two other terrorists walk toward a pressure cooker bomb, that they would beleive was ready to blow up, to get a duffle bag?) and did not locate any bombs with all their technology and bomb sniffing doggies that were 4 blocks away!!

If someone tried to pitch this to a TV studio it would have been passed on . HA

A old lady, bar owner, and some thieves solved the first terrorist attack since 9-11 in NY!!

HIS lap top might be interesting .

so kinda wondering if we might really be talking about a lone -everything they have said was wrong so maybe the cell angle is wrong too. Hopefully!!

Probably nothing in the cars they towed as well!!

They also searched in Perth Amboy, NJ

The FBI took five people in for questioning after they crossed the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge from Staten Island into Brooklyn in a SUV loaded with weapons.

The NYPD referred questions about the car stop to the FBI.

Oh, I see it was reported in this morn's NYDN as well.

Perhaps, completely separate incident and that group in the SUV is in custody

Fox News - No evidence of a terror cell authorities not looking for other suspects.

Lets add a 27th st thief to the list. Someone decided to leave the bomb and take the bag. This is when the pressure cooker was spotted. LOL

I forgot that angle - add it to the pitch to get thrown out of the studio quicker! Lets have the terrorist take a nap on the doorstop of a business!

Would not be surprised if the marathon was not him- werent they the only ones that were not pressure cookers??

jeezzzzzz

Hi Greg

Well see -- I think we will find out that NJ was not him. Different Mo. If ya think about it, the mo was pressure cookers placed in the open . THe first one was "set down" like the pressure cooker.

The only time a garbage can came into the scene was when he was trying to get rid of them.

Different bombs, differment placement strategies

How far is the NJ marathon from his parents restaurant anyone know?

How far is his parents restaurant from the first NY explosure?

How far is parents restuarant from his sleeping area?

I don't buy explosives as accidents, regardless of how the bomb is built, packaged or delivered. We don't need to live in shaking fear--afraid to live, but we do need to be wary of strange conditions in our surroundings. This is not a unique event in the world today. The difficulty is in discerning good from evil, and I believe that sometimes the people involved don't even know which they are.

Folks in the neighborhood described the family as Americanized, wearing western clothing, engaging in capatliztic undertaking (business) driving an infinity. No reports of any intense religious behaviors on families the part reported

It is starting to sound as if we are doing the classic lone wolf - disenfranchised, dropped out of collage, cashiering in a fast food restaurant at 28 years, living with his parent, no gfriend mentioned thus far, aparently conflicted family dynamics (stabbing sis is reasonably good reason to come to this conclusion)

Thus far no intense religious reprots regarding him.

So we have an alone, young man , with no future, supposedly being harassed for his hertiage, who starts , goes online, does that inspire magazine on pressure cookers and here we are.

Fits the classic profile no?
