the parking tix are no biggie but the assault charges shouldn't have been dropped. yikes!

The weapons charges should not have been dropped either. LE usually does not take kindly to weapons violations. Why give him a pass. Reverse discrimination at its best. Let him go because we dont want to offend anyone.

gotta be a heck of a lot of tickets - it would be intersting if the timing of those "tickets" were any where around the lawsuits

It is not like it was his 6th dui or something

COme on guys people getting arrested for parking tickets sounds like reatilation to me

Of course officials in NY (compared to Obama) want to come out with T word - they get the most money for terrorism prevention politics

To be accurate until they know diff IMO, the term should be domestic terrorism ONLY , that is accurate in any of these. If one looks at how it has "moved" the term "domestic terrorism" was usually used until middle east was firmly established not 8 minutes into the story when they had not ruled out a gas explosion-

IMO its irresonsible reporting - they are not suppossed to guess about anything - espcially on public airwaves

Number of viewers:

Gas line blew up : 29

Terrorist attack : 1,245,214,214,452

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Why does the media give ISIS, the minute they take responsibilty for anything give a bunch of hoodlums and murderers creditibilty? Have they not claimed anything.?

Its akin to last press conferance- giving all this credit to technology that was in realtiy fingerprints and a bartender!!

Even the alert - it is using the technolgy - ISIS has been using the technology far better than us the last several years!

Cops were called to his home in 2014 for allegedly trying to stab his sister. He was arrested — and served two months in jail — but the case fell apart when his sister recanted her allegations.

CNN he got stuck over there - he ran out of money -

I'm thinking he lied when he told the mother of his daughter that he couldn't return to USA because they took his passport in Afghanistan, I'm thinking he either didn't want to come back to USA just then or couldn't financially. I'm doubting the passport story - sounds like something he said to get her from bothering him about coming back.

CNN there coming around !!

Starting to highlight all the reasons why in all liklihood he was not trained while over there - put simply he made way to many mistakes to be in training camp over there for a year!

His placement of bombs is not ISIS placement, his bomb making skills are not the skill set one usually happens after a year in ISIS boot camp!

It almost would seem common sense just to know not to put a bomb next to a huge heavy consturction dumpster!

I am betting all five of those who were in the suv are under heavy surveillance with top of the line stingrays close by. They might be more valuable to anti-terrorism measures on the street than they are in custody.

Oh my goodness. Until just now I did not realize how nothing the the NJ one did.

A cigg would have probably done worse!!

Or a Mcdonalds cup of too hot coffee!

Clorox bottle discarded with loose lid.

The debris field is like 18 inches!

Not even sure if it exploded- maybe fizzled for a bit

I wonder if he got far away and waited??

Talk about a flop ! Up till now I was going for a D - I am sorry F

Probably threatened! Stabbed his own sister!

Would love to see the police report to see what it was about!

WOnder if after that it he asked for help on the pressure cookers? Was surprised to learn that it was actually more powerful than Boston

Has anyone seen the video of him with rolling bag?

Waiting for ISIS to take credit - there slow on this one!

Anderson did not know what crowdsourcing was - even I know that.

I wish we could find out what establishments were near the first explosion - a gay bar nearby?? Or a gay bar near the other one?? There has to be some reason for his placement.

Was there a pounding disco nearby - that stays open until 2?

WHy not do the nearby subway if for no other reason than long term disruption in subway service -- it just does not make sense?

Cant shake his parents restuarant being forced to close at 10 as fitting in somewhere. It would affect there income? Stressed his parents out?

The LOSING the lawsuit would further aggrevate him.

It amazing how many people walk toward gun shots to get it on their cell phones and views!!

My inclination would be to go the other way!!

The locations of the Chelsea bombs are odd, I agree, considering it's a populated area with both residents and people in the area for the evening. Maybe he was chicken that he would be seen where it's more populated, like at intersections with more restaurants and people? IDK.
