A couple victims were in Boston during that -

The young men all said they were focusing on resuming normalcy, but “these boys went to Boston University and lived through the Boston Marathon,” Mr. Gordon’s mother, Andrea, said. “They’ve lived through this twice.”

njuries suffered by the 31 victims — two more than originally reported

Yes. Thanks. Makes sense. That's probably why she uses Azia. I need more coffee.

We have not heard from Aziza and didn't know much about her (aside from this article). Zobyedh is a Rutgers student and posted on Facebook that she would like privacy.

*going for my 2nd cup of coffee*

New surveillance video shows New York bombing suspect planting bomb that failed to detonate

The video shows Rahami leaving a rolling suitcase containing a homemade pressure-cooker bomb on the sidewalk. Two men happened upon the suitcase and, after rummaging through it, removed the plastic-bag-wrapped pressure cooker and took the suitcase. The FBI is looking to speak with the two men as witnesses.

The video shows multiple passersby walk past the plastic bag containing the bomb before the authorities were alerted. One person appears to kick the bag, and another person appears to nudge it curiously.

[...]

New Jersey public defender Richard Coughlin’s request. Federal prosecutors opposed the request and say [he] has been incapacitated at the hospital. Coughlin says he has no reason to doubt that.

Rahami bought the Glock 9 mm handgun that he used to shoot two New Jersey police officers from a gun dealer in Salem, Virginia in July.

To buy a handgun in Virginia, one must be a resident of the state. Officials have said that Rahami’s last known address was in Elizabeth, New Jersey. But he was able to legally purchase the gun in Salem because he presented to the dealer a valid Virginia state ID with an address in Roanoke on July 7 when he bought the gun.

Rahami also passed the legally required federal background check to buy his gun.

You don't have to work for the FBi to know this. Just look at their FB's.

With every terrorist act, for sometime now, one gets the repeated impression they always seem to somehow be aware of where and when there is no awareness of them.

So many of the one's who've conducted the terrorist acts were previously on the radar, so what are the odds of time after time each of them knowing which one of them was clear to act?

Could they have some way to determine that through their tactics?

What could that/those tactic/s possibly be?

Oh, I don't know...a good start to be flagging people sharing certain videos of certain known terrorists. Its the US government and lord knows they watch everything you and I do!! They have technology in place and are much more experienced than us.

Agreed. Maybe the one's who become operational decrease their overt posts prior to their actions?

That is what I was saying earlier - gotta be careful -- but FB and YT could take some responsiblity here. Its not like they dont know who is posting propganda - and no its not about clsoing them down - post whatever they want

BUT- they can flag people that are going to those sights 417 times a day - the only deal is to be able to help them focus more on what become bad

Dont turn em off - thats an asset and violates freedome of speach. Use it as a tool to focus.

'Obvioulsy someone who is going to those websites and THEN posting kill everyone might be worthy of paying attn to moo

IMO if the feds can flag kiddy 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites (and thank God they do!), they have the ability to monitor sites promoting terrorism and the followers.

AKR rode the subways with the bombs. Heard on local news just now. Not sure if published on news sites yet. That could of been bad if went off in subway.

Egad! I assumed he drove (not that driving would be any better, of course).

Very scary.

I thought that when I first saw him pulling the suitcase. Heck I have lost control of one of them in the airport!!
