Well, that was quick. Sad to see they are treating this death as a homicide. If she only had a child several months ago I wonder what the circumstances are that no one reported her missing? As previous posters mentioned, if she had a habit of being absent for periods of time, I can see why no one would report her missing if it was a regular pattern of behavior.
Has it been verified that she was dismembered? I personally don't see that, because if someone was going to hide a murder by dismembering their victim and dispersing body parts it's highly unlikely they'd dump them all in the same spot. It is more likely LR was buried in a shallow grave and animal activity has dispersed body parts. It could also explain why if she's been dead for a while, a fresh scent of decomp would occur if wildlife disturbed the grave.
