Thanks for everybody that has posted updates on this case. I think the jury came to the right decision. I just don't get how a cop can accidentally shoot somebody and not do all they can to help that person. He's either a terrible person or he's lying about it being an accident IMO.

You said it. It was an ACCIDENT. It was NOT intentional. Thats why the judge made the decision he did. Theres a distinct difference between the definition of manslaughter and criminal neglegent homicide.
