that first pic makes it look like she died/was pronounced dead on a chair/couch in somebodys house?? how odd. for someone potentially viable like that, EMS would usually drag them to the floor in order to perform cpr if necessary. wonder if she had rigor or something and first aid wasnt attempted.

I think this woman died of an overdose or maybe a suicide but probably the former jmo.

Agreed. 1st & 2nd picture are very different.

In the 1st she looks like she could just be sleeping or unconscious, yet in the 2nd she’s obviously passed away & her features are squashed.

Makes me think someone else took the 1st picture but didn’t know her identity.

Perhaps a Good Samaritan brought her into their home before she passed away?

I was thinking the same, unless it's bloat or she suffered some trauma to her face

I was thinking that too, considering she was found in January it is very cold in NY at that time. Could be she was freezing and someone tried to bring her inside?
