You're right. He does live on 74th St in Elmhurst. I edited my post.

I don't think we have enough information right now to even answer these questions. There still seems to be a lot of confusion on the major details and since a body has been found that they "believe" is Andrea there's not been a whole lot to go on.

Andrea Zamperoni, 33, was last seen at his home in Elmhurst on Monday at noon, according to the New York Police Department. Now, ABC News reports that detectives are investigating whether a body found on the first floor of an Elmhurst hostel is Zamperoni. Eater has reached out to the NYPD for more information.

Coworkers reported Zamperoni missing on Monday when he didn’t show up for his shift that afternoon, CBS2 reports. Sous chef Manuel Ignacio told CBS2 that “everyone in the company is freaking out right now,” and he told NBC4 that Zamperoni’s roommate last saw him getting into a car.

Zamperoni has been with Cipriani for more than a decade in various restaurants and positions around the world. Cipriani manager Fernando Dallorso told CBS2 that Zamperoni is “not a guy that goes out or parties.”

Andrea Zamperoni, 33, was last seen at 41-39 74th St. at noon on Aug. 19, according to the NYPD. Police say that Zamperoni was leaving to go to work at Cipriani Dolci, located in Grand Central Terminal, but did not show up.

Reports on social media indicated that Zamperoni’s friends and co-workers last saw him over the weekend. One reader who reached out to QNS indicated that Zamperoni was last seen at 2 a.m. on Aug. 18, when Zamperoni was leaving to see a friend. Sources familiar with the investigation say that Zamperoni is of good mental and physical health.
