GUILTY NY - Andrea Zamperoni, 33, chef at Cipriani Dolci, Queens, 17 Aug 2019 *Arrest*

  • #221
"Earlier Friday, NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea told reporters that Barini was still under investigation, including for a fourth death. The Post’s sources said she is being eyed in not just a fourth but a fifth fatal overdose as well.

“What we do know is there’s a history here with Angelina,” Shea said. “We believe she is going to locations with men and stealing property after they pass out.”

Hmm. I've always wondered if there was more to this story. Wonder who the "pimp" was that called for this specific hit? Cipriani was a well-known Epstein/Maxwell hangout, and this was a week after Epstein died. Wonder if this chef had seem some things.

And that, folks, is my conspiratorial wondering for today. ;)

"Authorities previously said that Barini blamed everything on an unnamed pimp. She allegedly said her pimp told her not to call authorities despite Zamperoni bleeding from his nose and mouth.

She also allegedly claimed her pimp would not let her alert police. Barini said other men came to the room to speak about whether they should cut up the body."

I think the pimp in question is her ex that was arrested. But it was her idea to rob AZ in the first place, so I don't know why she hasn't been charged as well. She has done it before, too.

Is Barini still in jail?

I don't really think there was any conspiracy, I just think that it was a robbery method, it's very common for prostitutes to rob their customers while they're passed out. Conventional wisdom is that Johns will be too ashamed/afraid to report it. It's no surprise that in the era of easily available opioids that they would help their victims to pass out so as to increase their take and that some of them might be too heavy with their dosing, not really caring if their victims live or die and confident that the circumstances and forensics (and maybe even courts of law) would consider it accidental overdose. This one just did it to someone important enough to be fully investigated. It's a shame we're not all so important but that's life.
