BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Police are asking for the public's help locating a 17-year-old who they say has special needs.

17-year-old, Andrew Sumner, was last seen riding a yellow BMX bike, Buffalo Police say.

Around 9:45 p.m. Buffalo Police confirmed he was found safe and sound in the area of Seneca Street and Elk Street.
