well I'm glad the judge said she would not approve a plea deal unless it was a maximum sentence on that charge

the poor cat looked healthy so I'm thinking someone let their cat out unattended and this is the result

there needs to be much longer sentences on animal cruelty charges - these people have no value in society IMO
