Barrett L. Elliot, of 136 Robinson St., was last seen July 20 in the area of Crandall Street around 11 p.m. in Binghamton. He had previously missed a scheduled appointment on July 26.

Elliot has numerous health issues that include heart problems and he takes multiple medications.

Elliott is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing shorts, tan sandals and a light-colored T-shirt with the word "Elliot" on it.
