The limited request seeks the names of anyone the defendants know who had a sexual or “inappropriately close” relationship with either Bernie Fine or his wife Laurie. The request also seeks the names of anyone who ever complained about either of the Fines engaging in a sexual relationship with boys, teens or young men, including SU players or ball boys, and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all SU players from 1992 to 1997.

The lawsuit alleges that Laurie Fine had sexual relationships with at least two players and possibly more. It also accuses another unnamed coach's wife of doing the same.
