Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing person who suffers from a cognitive disorder.

Police said in a news release that Bhaskar Banik, 33, was last seen leaving his Woodbury home on foot around midnight Friday.

Police described him as 5-foot-7, about 170 pounds and wearing a red T-shirt, black jogging suit and blue sneakers.

Banik is in need of medication, police said.
