I agree with you...I'd like to know about his childhood background. What happened in his life that led him to believe he had the right to abuse others?
His addiction to money, power, and sex made him blind to what real success is.
No Moral Compass

Pot / Kettle (IMO) -
"At his core, Epstein has no moral compass," Hoffenberg said. "He has no moral compass, whether it comes to money or little girls."

The woes of Jeffrey Epstein: How he maintained Wall Street connections while downplaying child sex accusations

Hoffenberg said that he and Epstein were partners for about eight years, and did some of their takeover business with the assistance of people at Bear Stearns, though "not a lot." And good thing for Epstein's pals at Bear: In a few years, federal prosecutors would determine that Towers was also a Ponzi scheme that sold bonds to investors to replace money Hoffenberg was stealing.

In an interview, Hoffenberg described Epstein as his "co-conspirator" in that theft. He said he fired Epstein in the early 1990s because "he was stealing too much. I couldn't supervise him."

By 1995, Hoffenberg was headed to jail for 18 years, convicted of defrauding investors out of $450 million in one of the largest pre-Bernie Madoff Ponzi schemes. Epstein was not charged in the case. After leaving prison, Hoffenberg sued Epstein for his alleged role in Towers' fraud. The lawsuit was dismissed.

"At his core, Epstein has no moral compass," Hoffenberg said. "He has no moral compass, whether it comes to money or little girls."

When asked if he is currently cooperating with federal authorities as they dig deeper into Epstein's private and business life, Hoffenberg said: "I wish I could tell you."

According to two people familiar with the autopsy findings that spoke to the Washington Post, Epstein sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones. Per the Post: “Among the bones broken in Epstein’s neck was the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam’s apple. Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said.”

Jonathan L. Arden, president of the National Association of Medical Examiners, told the paper that a broken hyoid requires pathologists to conduct further investigation of the shape and location of the noose that was used. “If, hypothetically, the hyoid bone is broken, that would generally raise questions about strangulation, but it is not definitive and does not exclude suicidal hanging,” Arden said.
What We Know About Jeffrey Epstein’s Autopsy

TY for posting this Ima. You post so many informative articles!

I've been of the opinion that JE committed suicide. I don't use the term 'committed suicide' loosely here, either. I've purposely used that term in this instance, because, if it turns out that JE took his own life, then he committed another crime by trying to deny justice to his many victims.

I apologize for what is turning out to be a long post, but I promise there is a point to my verbosity.

I refrain from using the term 'committed suicide' in other cases when someone had been suffering from intractable severe depression and subsequently ended their life. In those tragic cases, the person has not committed any crime whatsoever. They have only made a choice that they truly believed was the only way they believed would bring an end to their pain. May those souls rest in peace.

Here's the thing: Although I've been of the opinion that this miscreant JE committed suicide, I'm now wondering how he managed to break his hyoid bone by wrapping a bedsheet around his neck and leaning his weight into his makeshift noose. Based on the cases I've followed (not that I'm an expert), I don't understand how his hyoid bone was fractured. I understand the forensics experts say it can happen, but I reserve my right to question.

Color me skeptical at this point, especially with the reports of the fill-in 'corrections officers' allegedly sleeping & allegedly falsifying records.

The above is my opinion.

The day after he was taken off suicide watch, disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein spent at least two hours locked up alone with a young woman, in a private room reserved for inmates and their attorneys, according to an attorney who was visiting the prison that day.

"The optics were startling. Because she was young. And pretty,” said the visiting attorney, who asked that his name not be used for fear of angering the guards. NBC News has reported that Epstein paid his lawyers to sit with him in a room for eight hours a day for attorney-client meetings, allowing him to avoid his cell.

I was so confident at the beginning of this case that NYC would handle this better than Florida did, that the mess would be cleaned up and justice would be served. I trusted the system would work this time.

How disappointing that NYC seems just as corrupt as Florida. Shame.

The autopsy of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein showed several broken bones in his neck, The Washington Post reports – results that raise more questions about how he really died.

The Post reports that one of the broken bones in his neck was the hyoid bone, which can break with hanging but is more often seen in strangulation homicide victims. Experts quoted by the newspaper say hyoid bone breaks can occur from hanging especially if the victim is older, but they are more common in murder victims.

The cause of Epstein's death, first thought a suicide, is now listed as pending by New York City's chief medical examiner, Barbara Sampson.

In a statement about the neck injuries released to The Post, Sampson said no single factor alone can give a conclusive answer as to how someone died. "In all forensic investigations, all information must be synthesized to determine the cause and manner of death...No single finding can be evaluated in a vacuum.

I await the results of the report by the team who conducted the Suicide Re-enactment.

What do you folks think they'll do in the course of their 're-enactment'?

Jeffrey Epstein had a $50,000 cement truck shipped express to his Caribbean island three weeks before an expose was published which led to his arrest, DailyMailTV can exclusively reveal.

The pedophile, who was found dead by apparent suicide on Saturday while awaiting trial for sex trafficking, got the Carmix 5.5 XL self loading concrete mixer delivered to Little St. James on November 7 last year.

Epstein was in such a hurry that he paid for the machine up front so it would arrive sooner - even though it meant being responsible if it got damaged in transit.

Among the other items that Epstein had sent to Little St. James in the US Virgin Islands was a dentist's chair complete with all the parts, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Epstein also sent a tile and carpet extractor that weighed 191 pounds from the US Virgin Islands to his New York home on March 11 this year.

The details come after DailyMailTV exclusively revealed that the FBI had raided Little St. James on Monday as they widen their investigation into Epstein's alleged abuse of underage girls.

Federal agents will be scouring the property to find evidence for their investigation - and Epstein's use of a cement truck raises the prospect they may have to dig to find some of it.

I have no idea but since I watch Forensic Files ;), I will guess that a forensic team will be there, along with a person with the same height, weight, and physical fitness. They will go through the motions to match what was found as evidence on JE's body to see if it works as a suicide, imo.

Hey there my fellow Forensic Files fan! I think I've seen every episode of that series.

I don't know how a Suicide Re-Enactment team can determine how JE's hyoid bone was broken. Sarcasm Alert: It's not as if they're going to hang a multitude of 66 year old males by bedsheets to see if their hyoid bones break.

IMO, this purported Suicide Re-Enactment seems more like a PR exercise in an effort to try to restore public confidence, than a bona fide forensic experiment.

But we might get a good FF episode out of this! I've seen enough episodes about triangular fibers from automobile carpets, lol.

I wonder what that was all about?

The identity of the artist who created the bizarre painting featuring former US president Bill Clinton wearing a blue dress and red heels, which was found by police during the search of the New York mansion belonging to the late Jeffrey Epstein, has been confirmed, The Epoch Times reports.

According to the newspaper, the painting in question is the work of Petrina Ryan-Kleid, a Manhattan-based artist whose “specialty is realism with a focus on satire,” and whose subjects are “often politicians and celebrities.”

The painting, dubbed “Parsing Billy”, depicts Bill Clinton reclining in a chair in the Oval Office wearing a blue women’s dress and red high-heels, pointing his finger at the viewer.

The Epoch Times also points out that the first person to follow Ryan-Kleid on Twitter was none other than former ex-President of the United States Barack Obama.

Quick question about the deposition of Epstein's pilot, David Rogers and his flight logs. During his deposition, with attorneys for the Plaintiff (Virginia Giuffre) and Defendant(Maxwell) were present; Plaintiff's attorney is asking about passengers for a particular flight, pilot confirms those passengers are listed in the flight log the attorney is asking him about. Defendant's attorney does not object. In checking the flight logs, the passenger names are correct except for one important person who is not listed on the flight logs. There are two incidents of this occurring..so far the pilot's other statements in deposition match the flight logs for this person. Would you consider the pilot's statements to the flight log being shown to him with both attorney's present as accurate or the flight log record accurate or neither correct ?
