I find it mind blowing that Virginia who had access to lawyers for years and got millions from lawsuits that she never made out a will, especially to protect her children should she unexpectedly die.
She didn't even make a will when separated from her husband.
I want to believe that at least one of her lawyers told her a will is needed and it was she that refused for whatever reasons.

Also why didn't she name all names and to be released after her death whenever that may be?
imo

I was reading a bit about this yesterday. Virginia's sons are claiming there was no will, but Virginia's lawyers have Virginia's wishes in written form (from Virginia) and were instructed to start preparing a will from that.

And apparently there is a law in Western Australia that allows for that - as a will.

Documents tendered in court reveal that in the weeks before her death in April, Giuffre wrote a will and contacted her lawyer, Karrie Louden, to have it prepared.
But she died on a small Western Australian farm, 80km north of Perth, before signing or having the document witnessed – leaving the estate officially intestate.

Louden and Myers’ counterclaim argues the court should recognise verbal and written instructions they received as an “informal will”, which under WA law allows certain documents or notes to be validated as expressing a person’s intentions for their estate.

NEW YORK, Dec 5 (Reuters) - A Florida federal judge on Friday cleared the Justice Department to release grand jury transcripts from its sex trafficking case against Jeffrey Epstein, which could shed light on the deceased financier's ties to rich and powerful people including President Donald Trump.
The Justice Department asked U.S. District Judge Rodney Smith to unseal the records after the Republican-controlled Congress passed a bill requiring the Attorney General to release all unclassified files related to its investigations of Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is in prison for sex trafficking.

Keeping up the theme, Epstein emailed a few days later asking how it feels “to have the most highly paid travel agent in history.”
Bannon responded, “U r pretty good asst.”

Epstein in turn replied, “Massages. Not Included.” Yes, you read that correctly.

The emails suggest that Bannon and Epstein often met in person, though, as Epstein’s case drew more attention in 2018 and 2019, they took precautions. Epstein emailed Bannon, “Btw Im in New York tonite thru sat , if you want to visit under the cover of darkness or breakfast tomorrow if you like.”

Bannon apparently did like, but requested “access that’s not the front door,” since Epstein was under “24/7 surveillance.”

A judge on Wednesday granted the Justice Department’s latest request to unseal records of the federal grand jury investigation into the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in the wake of a new law requiring the department to release all its Epstein files by Dec. 19.

The decision by Judge Richard M. Berman of Federal District Court in Manhattan came one day after another judge granted a similar request in the case of Ghislaine Maxwell, who conspired with Mr. Epstein in his sex-trafficking scheme.

The two rulings could lead to the most expansive and revealing look yet at the federal investigations of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell.

This week newspapers in Sweden revealed Epstein connections to people in Sweden, one of those is Barbro Ehnbom, a Swedish-American business woman, and an alumna of the Swedish School of Economics (SSE) in Stockholm, and that there had been donations from Jeffrey Epstein. When SSE became aware of these donations, and the connection between Ms Ehnbom and JE, the school ended their connection with Barbro Ehnbom.

Barbro Ehnbom is the founder of the Swedish-American Life Science Summit, and she had also helped young Swedish women, some from the SSE, to be able to move to the New York to attend business school there (with money donated by Jeffrey Epstein). One of the young women Barbro Ehnbom mentored was Sofia Hellqvist, who in 2005, at the age of 21, moved to New York to study accounting, and she also worked there as a certified yoga instructor. Sofia Hellqvist is since 2015 HRH Princess Sofia of Sweden, married to Prince Carl Philip, and they have four children. During her stay in New York she met with Epstein several times, in social contexts, and the Swedish Royal Court has made a statement about her meetings with Epstein.

This post is translated into English with Google Translate, even if it looks to be in Swedish:

Swedish Palace Confirms Princess Sofia Met Jeffrey Epstein Multiple Times as She Quietly Skips Nobel Prize Ceremony
(It was known since before the latest information that Sofia had met Epstein that she was not going to attend the Nobel Price Ceremony, that information was posted on 5 November, and that she was to stay at home with her 10-month-old daughter.)

Princess Sofia is the second Scandinavian princess who is known to have been in contact with Jeffrey Epstein, in 2019 it was revealed that the Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit had met with Epstein both before, as well as after his charges in 2008.

I am guessing that some of the photos are disturbing because .... Latest Epstein photo cache shows ‘people engaged in sexual acts’

Rep. Suhas Subramanyam on Friday said some of the photos found in the home of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein depict “people engaged in sexual acts.”

“Certainly, there is a lot of people involved in some of these acts,” Subramanyam added.

I guess the House Committee doesn't know who billionaire Ken Fisher is as I'll put all my money (not billions. lol) on the unidentified person in this pic they just released is Ken Fisher. Sure as heck looks like him to me.

Anyone else remember when Fisher was accused of making sexist comments while speaking at the Tiburon CEO Summit? Considering he's a member of the billionaire club, and the way he views women seen from remarks he made at an investment summit (below), I can totally see him being a friend of Epstein. Lastly, I found it interesting when he dialed his comments back and making excuses for them, that he had Epstein in his head. "I don't want you to confuse me with Epstein". I find that.... interesting.

Billionaire money manager Ken Fisher sparked a furor this week over sexist comments he made at an exclusive investor conference. According to attendees, Fisher compared signing a new client to "getting into a girl's pants" and mentioned genitalia.

Fisher, who made the comments at a San Francisco conference on Tuesday, then clarified the comment by adding, "I don't want you to confuse me with Epstein — a woman's pants," said Rachel Robasciotti, a principal and wealth manager at Robasciotti & Philipson who attended the conference as a speaker and heard Fisher's remarks. Fisher was referring to the late convicted sex offender .

This post is just copy/paste from these...

...Wiles (Vanity Fair) links.

In July, Todd Blanche, the deputy attorney general and Trump’s former lawyer, traveled to a Tallahassee, Florida, courthouse to interview Epstein’s longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell. Convicted on sex trafficking charges in 2021, she received a 20-year prison sentence.

“It’s not typical, is it,” I asked Wiles, “to send the number two guy in the DOJ and the president’s former defense lawyer to interview a convicted sex trafficker?” According to Wiles, “It was [Blanche’s] suggestion.”

Wiles said that neither she nor Trump had been consulted about Maxwell’s transfer to a less restrictive facility after Blanche’s visit. “The president was ticked,” according to Wiles. “The president was mighty unhappy. I don’t know why they moved her. Neither does the president.”

The following is my analysis...
Blanche can clear this up, but instead refuses to state the purpose of his meeting with Maxwell. So Sherlock Holmes would say, "The purpose is Cover Up."

Here's the current events back then...

If I were the foreman of a jury, I'd translate what Wiles is saying, simply:

Todd Blanche is running the Cover Up.

Nobody knows why he interviewed Maxwell, because nobody has a Need to Know.

Everything "Epstein" is secret.

Harvard officials have opened a secret disciplinary investigation into at least two students for their roles in drawing scrutiny to the relationship between the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and the school’s former president, Larry Summers, according to three people briefed on the matter.

The students posted videos online showing Mr. Summers addressing students in a Harvard lecture hall about his connections to Mr. Epstein last month, and took credit for pressuring him to step away from teaching after the disclosures. The investigation includes an examination of whether the students — who publicly criticized Mr. Summers — violated a series of rules, including attending a class they were not enrolled in, the three people said.

The students are facing potential discipline that could range from a private reprimand to being required to withdraw from the school, according to the two people. It is against Harvard’s rules for students to attend classes they are not enrolled in. And it is also against the rules to record classes without consent or publicize those recordings.

We await release of Trump's many statements. Back to the dog that hasn't barked, it's of interest that victim attorney Brad Edwards knew Giuffre's name but couldn't locate her back then. She was eventually found by the London journalist in 2011 (keep in mind in 2007 Maxwell called her, read "Nobody's Girl"). Organizationally, Mar-a-Lago would have one of the best advantages in locating her in the sense that they knew all about her father too.
