She is playing games and planting those photos. She wasn't caught off-guard at the In-N-Out (which was not chosen by chance, imo) by some guy who happened to recognize her while she has a book about CIA operatives.

My opinion.

Probably an old picture and she is long gone using one of her many fake passports.

Just a hunch.

She doesn’t think her father committed suicide. She thinks he was murdered. Maybe why she was reading that book.

Father? Don't you mean JE, her ex-bf?
Did her father commit "suicide" as well?
Fallen over-board accidental death...
JE was an CIA informant.
I wonder about her father's death now.

Robert Maxwell - Wikipedia

Anyone else find this line kinda disturbing or alluding to an inappropriate relationship with her father?
Or am I just reading into it?

"Maxwell had an unusually close relationship with her father and was widely credited with being her father's favourite child.[3][8][9] The Times reported that Robert Maxwell did not permit Ghislaine to bring her boyfriends home or to be seen with them publicly, starting from the time she was attending Balliol College at Oxford.[10]"

Well, her father died a long time ago.

But, she hasn't been photographed for years and then pop! She's photographed in L.A. the day after it is reported she is in Massachusetts and she just so happens to be reading that book? Too weird. From my reading of the situation, she arranged for that photo to be taken and published.

But if anyone thinks it is all coincidence, I won't argue.

Wealthy financier and accused child sex abuser Jeffrey Epstein had a revolving cast of characters take turns visiting him in a Palm Beach County, Florida, jail while serving a 13-month criminal sentence in 2008 and 2009, according to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday.

Those visitors included Epstein’s appeals attorney Alan Dershowitz, who showed up on New Year’s Day 2009, as well as Arnold Paul Prosperi, a college friend of former President Bill Clinton, documents show. Other visitors were two woman who have been alleged to have been co-conspirators of Epstein.

Epstein finished his 13 month stint in jail with at least 340 visits from a mix of about two dozens friends, colleagues and attorneys, among other associates, the documents show. Two process servers also visited Epstein, as did a psychiatric doctor.

Prosecutors in a court filing on Friday said he is worth more than $500 million, and in recent months has made payments to potential witnesses.

Les Wexner, the chairman of L Brands, was known to be one his clients before he first was sentenced a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered 990 tax documents showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner’s earliest nonprofit organizations.

He also was a top donor to Rep. Stacey Plaskett, D-Virgin Islands, and she recently reversed course to give his contributions away to charity after outrage on social med

After careful review of all investigative information, including complete autopsy findings, the determination on the death of Jeffrey Epstein is below—
Cause: Hanging
Manner: Suicide

Epstein was remanded to jail pending trial on charges of sex trafficking of minors and sex trafficking conspiracy, which were lodged by federal prosecutors in Manhattan last month. He was accused of abusing dozens of underage girls in his mansions in New York and Palm Beach, Florida, between 2002 and 2005.

Epstein, a former friend of Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, had been found semiconscious and with marks on his neck in his cell less than three weeks before his death. He was placed on suicide watch in a so-called Special Housing Unit for at-risk inmates — but was reportedly taken back off suicide watch after about a week.

A lawyer for Epstein’s former cellmate, Nicholas Tartaglione, told NBC that the cellmate had been cleared of any wrongdoing in that July 23 incident. Tartaglione, a former upstate New York police officer, was arrested in December 2016 on charges that he killed four men as part of a drug distribution conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty.

The death of possibly the most high-profile inmate in the country infuriated officials and allowed conspiracy theories about a possible murder to run wild, especially on social media.

Attorney General William Barr, whose Department of Justice oversees the Bureau of Prisons, said he was “appalled” that Epstein had died while incarcerated. Barr also vowed that the FBI and the DOJ’s internal watchdog office would investigate the “serious irregularities” at the jail, the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan.

The DOJ said Tuesday that the jail’s warden at the time, Lamine N’Diaye, would be replaced on Barr’s orders.

The Washington Post on Thursday fueled more suspicion by reporting that Epstein’s hyoid, a bone in the neck, had been broken — a circumstance that some experts say is more common in strangulations than in hangings.

Epstein was a super-wealthy money manager who had forged contacts with a long list of rich and powerful figures, and some of them had been implicated in his alleged crimes by his accusers.

Authorities have signaled they plan to continue investigating Epstein’s case despite his death. FBI and NYPD agents searched his private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands this week, and appeared to seize Epstein’s computers, drone footage of the raids showed.

Meanwhile, lawsuits brought by some of Epstein’s accusers are still active. Jennifer Araoz, who accuses Epstein of raping her when she was 15 years old, filed a lawsuit Wednesday against his estate and multiple women he employed — including his alleged procurer of young girls, Ghislaine Maxwell.

On Thursday, two more alleged victims sued Epstein’s estate and his “recruiter” in a $100 million lawsuit.

He signed a nonprosecution deal with federal prosecutors as part of his plea agreement and spent 13 months in a state jail, where he was allowed out on work release most days.

Alex Acosta, the top prosecutor in Florida at the time, resigned as Trump’s Labor secretary shortly after Epstein’s arrest last month, amid scorching criticism of his handling of the Florida case.

Forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht claimed Friday that the fractures in Jeffrey Epstein’s neck could have happened “if he hurled himself off the top bunk.”

Wecht, a guest on “Your World With Neil Cavuto,” told guest host Charles Payne that a number of the details that had leaked with regard to the convicted pedophile’s autopsy report didn’t add up. (RELATED: Autopsy Results Reveals Epstein Hanged Himself)

“Major breaking news,” Payne began, announcing on-air that the medical examiner had officially ruled Epstein’s death a suicide. “I want to go back to Cyril Wecht. Doctor, you really do not believe though, from what you know the idea that perhaps Epstein knelt, tied this noose around his neck from the bedsheets, knelt from the bedpost and created the injuries that we know about. You don’t think those two things are compatible.”

Wecht responded, “I do not believe that a kneeling position with the bedsheet tied to the bedpost, in the absence of force that would have been imparted from hurling himself from a top bunk, would have provided sufficient force to fracture the hyoid bone and fractures of the cervical vertebrae.”

Citing information leaked from the autopsy report, which noted a fractured hyoid bone and multiple other neck fractures, he added, “We don’t know and I’m waiting to see this report how many vertebrae, cervical vertebrae, there’s seven, come down from the back of your neck to the bony prominence at the base of your neck … We want to find out how many were broken. You do not get fractures of a cervical vertebrae and high up here under the mandible, the hyoid bone, without tying — there’s no force. There’s no velocity.”

Earlier reports suggested that the fractures could have been from the week prior, when Epstein had allegedly attempted suicide. It was also noted that hyoid fractures were more common in hangings when the person was older, but Wecht wasn’t certain Epstein’s age was a factor. “This business about brittleness. He’s not a 70, 75-year-old postmenopausal woman …” Wecht argued.

Payne then asked whether or not the injuries could have been the result of Epstein throwing himself from the top bunk in his cell, and Wecht agreed that lined up with the injuries.

“If he hurled himself off of the top bunk, that force would have made it possible to fracture the cervical vertebrae and the hyoid bone,” Wecht explained. “If they can show in reconstructing that scene that that’s what happened. I’d say that is a possibility. Still raises questions. I think it falls within the realm of physical possibility with that kind of force present in the scenario.”

I keep seeing Wexner’s name pop up in articles. Is he going down or will his excuses about JE stealing $$ from him years ago hold up? Or is that true? I really haven’t followed JE’s financial info here...it makes my eyes glaze over & search for that bottle of wine I know I bought lol.

Jeffrey Epstein compared having sex with teenage girls to homosexuality in one of the final interviews before his death earlier this month

In a story this week in The New York Times, journalist James Stewart revealed he interviewed Epstein on August 16, 2018, almost one year exactly before he was found dead in his jail cell after being charged with sex trafficking of minors in New York and Florida.

Stewart recounts that Epstein told him "criminalizing sex with teenage girls was a cultural aberration and that at times in history it was perfectly acceptable. He pointed out that homosexuality had long been considered a crime and was still punishable by death in some parts of the world."

Epstein had made light of accusations against him before: He told the New York Post in 2011, "I'm not a sexual predator; I'm an 'offender.' It's the difference between a murderer and a person who steals a bagel."

Forensic Pathologist Says Epstein Fractures Would Only Happen ‘If He Hurled Himself Off The Top Bunk’

Thanks for the many posts with links you've made recently @imstilla.grandma. One suggestion....please put quotes from other sources (i.e. not your own words) in quotations. The way to do this on Websleuths is to click on the icon, from the group of icons at the top, that looks like a newspaper article.

And to get to the content you posted, how does someone "hurl" themselves off the top bunk? I'm not saying they can't do it, I am just curious as to what the cell looked like. For example, how high was the ceiling? How large was the cell?

In this scenario it seems there would have been additional injuries to other parts of the body.

I wonder if there were any wounds noted in the report that could have been a result of defensive type.

Still, investigators remained focused on discovering the most rudimentary facts surrounding his apparent suicide, CNN reported on Friday.

That includes a question of whether a prison staff member first found Epstein unresponsive while delivering breakfast to the prisoners, or if someone was already providing aid when he was discovered.

The Bureau also wants to know whether the guards documented their checks during the time of Epstein’s death, the outlet reported, and whether there is surveillance footage from inside the jail that matches those logs.

Jeffrey Epstein investigators remain puzzled by his apparent suicide days later

Five days after Jeffrey Epstein's suicide, federal Bureau of Prisons officials are struggling to establish even rudimentary facts of what happened over several key hours inside a prison rife with greater problems than previously known.

Many questions remain, among them:
  • What does surveillance video show, which cameras were operational and do the logs of inmate checks match the video that exists?
  • Who found Epstein: Was it a staffer making rounds delivering breakfast? Or did that staffer arrive to find someone already administering aid?
  • Why was Epstein's cellmate moved out on Friday, the day before Epstein died?
  • What were the two guards who were supposed to monitor Epstein doing during the hours before he was found? Were they napping or did they simply fail to make the required checks every 30 minutes?
Jeffrey Epstein suicide: Basic facts elude investigators 5 days later - CNNPolitics

Why aren’t Epstein’s lawyers screaming mad that JE may of been
strangled? (Broken neck bone)Or that the prison guard/watch thing is suspect.
I’m reading JE lawyers say that they just want the charges dropped.
They say they can’t be clairvoyant - thus they cannot defend a dead client.
I can’t even.
The whole thing MOO seems pre-thought out & orchestrated like a play.
