21-year-old white male Billy James Zavatto-Bado, who resides at 2297 Ford Road in Owego was last seen at his residence at 5:30 p.m. last night wearing a light blue winter coat, black pants, beige colored boots, camouflaged gloves and a black knit cap.

Zavatto-Bado is described as being 5-foot 9-inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.
