That's a substantial amount of tattoos...someone out there has to know who this poor guy is.

Most of those tattoos were almost certainly done by friends/acquaintances rather than shops, especially the (Punisher?) skull. Someone's gotta know him.

The quality of that bone one on the arm is pretty good. That may have been professionally done unless that particular acquaintance was just incredible. Could be possible that the shop posted their work online. Probably a needle in a haystack considering this is such a populated area but I'll poke around and see what I can't find.
