rsnpi, as I understand it you start at her Missing page, and email the contact (LE or coroner) with the information about the agency handling the investigation of the unidentified person -- and vice versa, emailing or telephoning the contact for our deceased lady with the contact information for the agency looking for the missing person.
but as it's past 5 o'clock right here, I may be befuddled beyond practical use.

It looks like no, this Jane Doe has been ruled out as Deborah Overbaugh (according to this previous post:I'd like to know if this is Deborah Overbaugh. That's my sister.

Has anyone ever found out what type of metal cabinet it was? I was thinking if it was a tool or file cabinet it would have drawers. Iam wondering if it was one of the old school metal kitchen cabinets that had one or 2 doors.Tru and the way the killer duct taped her and then put her in a cabinet. I wonder if the cabinet had some kind of serial number on it???
