rsnpi, as I understand it you start at her Missing page, and email the contact (LE or coroner) with the information about the agency handling the investigation of the unidentified person -- and vice versa, emailing or telephoning the contact for our deceased lady with the contact information for the agency looking for the missing person.

but as it's past 5 o'clock right here, I may be befuddled beyond practical use.

Best, Laughing

It looks like no, this Jane Doe has been ruled out as Deborah Overbaugh (according to this previous post:

I’m sorry for what you’re going through and I hope you find your sister.

Height little off and she weighed less but her facial features looked similar

Tru and the way the killer duct taped her and then put her in a cabinet. I wonder if the cabinet had some kind of serial number on it???
Has anyone ever found out what type of metal cabinet it was? I was thinking if it was a tool or file cabinet it would have drawers. Iam wondering if it was one of the old school metal kitchen cabinets that had one or 2 doors.

Kitchen cabinet held shut with wire. She is the second person mentioned in this article (Sidenote: I can’t find anybody matching the description of the first lady on NamUs or elsewhere so if somebody does I would be interested in hearing about it).

I found a link to the first case, the girl found on Valentine Avenue. Apparently she was identified and her murderer found.

Great find! Thank you for posting this.

Below i post the snip it from the article

Monday morning of a
woman found in the borough.
The woman, who was
clubbed to death, was
wrapped in cellophane and
then stuffed into a kitchen
cabinet that was dumped on
Mosholu Parkway.
Cops had been called to
open the cabinet, which had
been wired shut, police said.
Detectives believe that the
victim, described as a white,
possibly Hispanic woman of
about 40, may have lived in an
apartment building in the
area. But a canvass of the
neighborhood turned up no
one who could identify her.
An autopsy concluded she
had been struck with a blunt
object on the head and neck
and suffered skull fractures
and brain injuries.
The woman was 4-feet-9 and
165 pounds. She had short-
cropped brown hair that was
shaved on the sides.
Anyone with information on
either case is asked to call
