So UID female is found on Sept 98 in Brooklyn NY and Neddra went missing 2 month prior, guess where, Brooklyn NY. It took only 19 years to figure that one out. That is actually pretty upsetting .

There was a website for her when she was missing but never much activity on it. Shame there isn't many updates and seemingly no idea who killed her.
