So he's not on the DOE network as far as I know (well I searched may have overlooked) I'm gonna see if I can find him on the newspapers I really want a time for when he was reported cause it says he was there for hours so I'll either edit this message or just respond so let me look and see. (if someone else wants to look they can) But ngl this could be the NAMUS the only thing we have for this man He's not on the Doe network and I don't believe he was put in the newspapers (New York does do this sometimes they did it to another John Doe found in 1987) Other then that actually. I was really hoping on finding a time on when he was reported cause maybe something happened on that date I don't really wanna believe his body was put there> Okay there was a list of homocides bewtween March 1st and October 31st of 1988 it was about drugs not sure if its related to this victim or not
