That is the Williamsburg area so Iam assuming prob he is from around there. There used to be many Polish there. It's become much more gentrified but still has a big population of Polish.
I always wonder with people like this that sort of look ethnic to the neighborhood,do they ever put signs around to see if anyone in the neighborhood knows someone missing? Just a crazy thought.
