In September, Izzo attempted to lure a 14-year-old girl to his residence for the purpose of sexual activity, Horseheads troopers said. He was arrested by troopers prior to the arranged meeting.

After further investigation, police discovered Izzo met with two girls, ages 13 and 14, in June and had sexual activities with the 13-year-old at his home.
