Police are looking to locate Cynthia Kawaya, 24, and her daughter Carla Kawaya, 7. Police say they received a report from a family member that they were concerned for their welfare. Kawaya and her daughter were last seen in the Lincoln Park area of the Town of Tonawanda Monday night after spending the evening with a friend.

Cynthia is black, five feet two inches tall weighing approximately 120 pounds; she lives in North Tonawanda. They are believed to be in a red, 4-door Chevy Cruze with license plate GZA6164.
