*Police in the Town of Tonawanda are looking for a missing man they describe as “despondent.”

Daniel is 6'9" and weighs about 300 lbs. *He has green eyes and a gray goatee. *His hair is receding and is a brush-cut. * He was wearing a red jacket and khaki cargo pants.*

When last seen, James Daniel nicknamed "Shorty" was wearing his Schwan's work clothes.

Shorty's phone was pinged near Allegany in Cattaraugus County, New York around midnight on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
