David Tarby, 63, was last contacted at his Haendel Street apartment on Jan. 22. He is described as a 5-foot-11-inch white male weighing 200 pounds. A photo released by police shows him with dark, shoulder-length hair. Tarby suffers from mental illness, including bi-polar disorder.

Hi kids....jumping in...Is it possible that less people are on facebook and going to instagram ? Or leaving it entirely ? My sister left fb and her husband is anti social media in any stripe......makes me wonder (and hope !!!) that many of our folks are OK and just off social media...FWIW....everyone stay well HCx
