Missing Person Squad detectives are investigating a missing vulnerable adult that occurred on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 5:40 pm in Freeport.

According to detectives, Djumey Chardonnette, 18, a female black Hispanic, 5’2”tall and 145 pounds, was last seen leaving her Freeport residence at 5:40 pm.
Djumey suffers from cognitive disorders and is in need of medication.
Her probable destination is unknown.

Detectives request anyone with information on Djumey’s whereabouts to call Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911.
