It was also freezing that day 9 degrees and high or 14.. so if he did fall in the water he probably would not surface until the water was warmer

what is strange is that his family reported him missing in April and Namus has him Missing in Jan and now I found NYPD missing and the mention him missing in December

I came across him living at 217-219 west 21st in Chelsea if this is correct Find Elliott S Drucker | New York, New York | Spokeo

then I also came across that the building was sold and the tenants had all their leases expire Dec 31,2017 . here is the pdf link http://www.masseyknakal.com/listingimages/setup/pdf/217-219_West_21st_Street_-_Setup.pdf which would explain the last time he was seen.. and then I went to the department of buildings and there has been a lot of construction in the building...which makes me wonder if he Never left the building..wink wink nudge nudge…
