I just updated the title. She must've been found since missing in 2016. She is missing again:

Lathan voluntarily left a group home at 1413 Stony Brook Road on Sept. 3, 2019 around 8:50 p.m., police said. She left with another female resident and could possibly be in New York City.

Lathan is black, 5 feet 5 inches, about 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
