Can this unidentified male found in a dumpster in Inglewood Feb 1991 be Mr. Vanek? Long way from home and age estimate is off but stats match pretty good.

UID was noted to have several moles on his abdomen. Frank was reported to have freckle size scars/dots in pelvic area.

UID receding, brown hair and had a mustache, 6’0” and about 155 lbs.

Frank had balding, brown hair and growing a mustache, 5’11” and 160 lbs.
